Come enjoy our newly refurbished, professionally decorated beach cottage just a short stroll away from the Gulf of Mexico. We are the second house in the neighborhood directly across from the deeded beach access and just houses away from the community pool. We are located off of Scenic Hwy 30A along the fabulous emerald waters and white sandy beaches. Situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and a short drive or bike ride to great shopping and fabulous restaurants.
Our cottage features an open living area with a sofa sleeper and a large flat screen TV. A dining area that can accommodate 8 along with 3 barstools at the counter. We offer WiFi(bring your laptop) and have many games and movies to enjoy with your family.
The Master Suite has a plush King Bed and its own balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets as you sip your tropical evening cocktail. Also enjoy the coffee bar in the morning along with an attached Master Bath. The Guest Suite houses a fabulous queen bed and attached bath and a bunk room next door just waiting for kids to enjoy the spunky decor. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.
And finally a furnished screened in porch to sit back in, relax and enjoy the gulf breeze after a day at the beach. This is the ultimate family house for your vacation.
There is a 17 mile bike path that runs the complete length of 30A! (Home comes with 4 bikes & 4 beach chairs for your use!)

We live in Clarksville, TN, but love to come to the beach - specifically along the 30A area because the beaches are so beautiful! When we found this cottage with only a 1 minute walk to the beach, we just had to buy it! Come enjoy a stay - you won't be disapointed!

This is a great cottage for the whole family!! Close to the beach, with all the coveniences. Comfortable with great furnishings, it is the perfect place for a getaway at the beach. Everyone should stay at Coral Cottage in Magnolia by the Sea.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I recently joined two other couples to share this awesome beach cottage. We had a blast, the cottage was deluxe plus, completely comfortable and luxurious, down to all the extras, such as plush bedding and towels, quality dishes, wonderful screened porch, and just steps from the beautiful beach. We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed at this property 5/6 - 5/9 and had a fantastic time. We always choose Magnolia Cottages and have never been disappointed. This was the best decorated home we have visited in Magnolia so far. The beds are VERY comfortable as is all the seating in and outside the home. The owners have gone the extra mile by providing little extras like bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella etc. that make the stay even more enjoyable. Since the home is near the entrance (2nd home on the left), beach access is but a stone's throw away. If you want to get in a round of golf, Camp Creek Golf Club is just a couple miles away. This is a family community away from all the traffic and hoopla. Kids can ride their bikes up and down the street, get a frozen treat from the ice cream truck or hangout in the heated pool. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to staying there again.

Had a wonderful stay here! Was beautifully decorated and so convenient to many things. The bikes were a great addition too!! Would highly recommend this area, beaches are gorgeous and not overly crowded. Thanks for letting us use your home.

My husband and I enjoyed our two night stay in this wonderful cottage. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and was very quite. We enjoyed our short walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again!
