This beautiful 3-story home was custom custom built and designed for our large family 5 years ago.
The dining room, with seating for 10, opens up to a luxurious backyard with pool and spa, outdoor fire pit, sitting area for 4 and dining area with seating for 8, stainless steel barbeque and outdoor gas wok. Outside shower will allow you to rinse off after a day at your private pool or nearby beach.
The gourmet kitchen has it all, including 2 dishwashers, full size refrigerator and freezer side by side, double oven and gas stove with 6 burners. The dining area and kitchen are separated by a bar, with comfortable seating for 5. The family room has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace for cozy evenings .
Upstairs is the master suite, with elegant bath, walk in shower for 2, and extra large bathtub. Also on the second floor is one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, as well as 2 more bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom . The third floor holds 2 more bedrooms with double beds and a full bath.
The world famous Hotel Del is only blocks away as is the gorgeous municipal golf course, which offers great twilight golfing as well as other fun opportunities for the "young and old" golfers. Take your bike on the ferry to downtown San Diego and visit The Star of India or watch a Major League Baseball game at the brand new Petco Park.
This home has everything you will need to enjoy an incredible 4th of July vacation in beautiful Coronado, including bikes, boogie boards and surfboards. It is just a short walk away from gourmet restaurants and shops in downtown Coronado and of course our beautiful beach. Watch the 4th of July fireworks from one of the many parks nearby or the Coronado Yacht Club!
