For those who have difficulty with stairs, there is an elevator available in the outside hallway to take you to the second floor and an additional entrance into the guest room from the hallway. The unit sleeps 6 people comfortably.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO RENTING THIS CONDO:
--All rates listed are Plus Tax (11.5%), Security Deposit: refundable $300 and cleaning fee $85.
--$60 fee added per month for all monthly rentals to cover AC/Heat allowance. Depending on power bill that month, part of this fee may be refunded.
--Deposit returned within 14 days after inspection.
--Cancellations - we will do our best to re-rent the property if we are notified less than a 30 days out. If we are successful, your rent will be refunded minus any last minute rental discounts given. Your deposit will be refunded in full.
--No shows - deposit or rental fees will be forfeited.
--All rent due in full 30 days prior to expected day of arrival.
--Prefer payment by cashier or personal check. Credit card payment accepted (5% US fee added; 6% foreign fee added.)
--NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 UNLESS THE UNIT IS OCCUPIED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN
AND THAT PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST STAY THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
Upon departure, condo is inspected and RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES and/or LOSSES TO THE UNIT DURING THEIR STAY WHICH MAY BE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After inspection and return of key, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days minus damage/loss.

Beach is beautiful. Condo has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the afternoon having cocktails, watching the dolphins and watching the beautiful sunsets. Condo is located close to lots of excellent restaurants and things to do. Security is good. We were there during Spring break and there was a group of rowdy young men 2 floors down. At 430am they decided to party on their balcony but the party didn't last long! Thank you Les and Suzi for sharing your get away. We thoroughly enjoyed it.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We LOVED Beach Path! Les and Suzi are so easy to work with, we even stayed an extra day. The accomodations were wonderful, the location was great and all the ammenities were more than we could ask for. I love seeing my daughter's picture on this page too! I can't say enough good things about this place and the owners. We have become Facebook friends! Beach Path is the perfect spring break condo! We stayed there this year, been to PCB many times before, first time in the Moonspinner... and by far our BEST rental experience by far! Beautiful, quiet location, lovely condo, and very friendly, easy to communicate with owers! We had 4 adults and 2 -16 year old girls in the unit and had plenty of room for everyone. We had a fabulous experience staying at this unit for our family's 2012 spring break. The owner took care of all the arrangements and everything went perfectly with booking, paying, getting the keys and returning our security deposit promptly. This was my family's first time using VRBO and we are now fans. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived and ready on time. It smelled clean, it looked clean, it felt clean and everything was in great shape. The condo is even better than the pictures online. The newly remodeled kitchen is so nice that it made us want the same features at home. The kitchen is excellently equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, and more. I never felt like we lacked for a thing. We enjoyed the condo's two-level townhome arrangement. This gave us the luxury of two large, curved balconies and a feeling of more privacy between the upstairs bedrooms and downstairs living area. We used both bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. The condo had plenty of closet and pantry storage space. We always felt like our three adults and two kids had plenty of room. The balconies are magical for breakfasts and sunsets. We saw dolphins two mornings, once just 50 yards off shore. This condo complex has a great beachfront set-up. Parking is close and luggage carts are plentiful. This condo is right by the elevator but had no noise problems. The pool was crystal clear and the hot tub was hot. Beach access was easy. This complex provides much more beach space per person than the giant condo towers down the street. The state park next door provided miles of walking and shell collecting. The cable TV had a large selection of channels. Wi-fi Internet access worked well. One tip: The building's wi-fi provider limits how many devices you can connect simultaneously on the condo's account. We had at least six devices in use at a time, so I just set up my own account via the wi-fi provider's site and paid for extra connections for the week, which wasn't bad. The cleaning crew showed up at 9 instead of 10 a.m. on checkout day, but that was fine since we had already loaded the car and knew Spring Break was an especially busy time. We left a tip since they did such a good job preparing the condo for our check-in. Bottom line: We highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay there again. Our week's stay at the condo was great! The townhouse condo was perfect for our vacation. The condo was everything it was advertised to be...clean up-do-date decor! We even saw two deer on the beach early one morning, heading back to the State Park...awesome! Our little puppy enjoyed it, too! We are already looking forward to next year...thanks!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

This was our fist time in this condo complex and it was great. This town house condo was clean and very up to date. It is very well equiped with everything there that we needed. The floor design is great with the bed rooms upstairs for putting the kids to bed and staying up late. I highly recomend this unit to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
