Located in the private master planned community of Playacar, Real del Carmen Villas are conveniently located just off of Xaman-Ha Avenue within walking distance to the beach, Playa`s famous 5th. Avenue as well as a small shopping area with a Convenience Store just a short walk away.
Entering this lovely two-story Villa you will find your "home away from home". Entering you will find a half-bathroom and stairs leading to the second level where the two bedrooms and den are located. The living room offers a mirrored wet bar equipped with wine glasses and a pass-through granite countertop with two barstools so that you can enjoy your afternoon cocktails. There is a tree shaded terrace just off of the living room offering cool breezes in the afternoon....the perfect place to take an afternoon nap in the hammock while overlooking the beautiful expansive gardens and pool.
The dining room seats 8 guests comfortably while you can also use the granite pass-through counter for more informal meals. Enjoy the view from the sliding glass doors that lead to the gardens and pool. The Villa Administrator offers her "Chef Cooking Services", providing guests various gourmet menu options which can be pre-arranged and brought to the Villa for your enjoyment. If you prefer to cook yourself, you will find everything you need in the large, fully equipped kitchen.
Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with a large-capacity washer, iron, ironing board, washbasin and full bathroom. There is a small service patio off of the laundry room so that you can hang your wet bathing suits and beach towels to dry in the afternoon sun.
The second level of the Villa offers a Den/TV room with a full size Futon that comfortably sleeps two adults. A large sliding glass door opens to the balcony affording views of Xaman-Ha Avenue and cool afternoon breezes.
The large Master bedroom offers a king size bed, dressing area with large custom wood closets and a split bathroom combination with the vanity/sink area separate from the shower/toilet area. The Master bedroom has a mini-split remote controlled air conditioning unit. There is a full sliding glass door opening to a private balcony overlooking the gardens and pools.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a full closet with shelving and mini-split remote controlled air conditioning. A full bathroom is located within the bedroom as well.
