Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2005
I grew up in Morelia, but life took me to study in North America and Europe. I did my University and post graduate studies in Switzerland, where I lived for ten years. I learned about hospitality and how to introduce others to my city and culture. Additionally, I always wanted to have a property within Old Colonial Morelia, my youth's hometown. Ever since I have enjoyed both traveling and sharing my vacation apartment with foreigners. Morelia is a well kept secret that retains the beauty and flavour of transplanted Spanish towns. I hope you'll enjoy all that Morelia has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back! Eugene Cortes, Morelia, Mexico.
Why the Owner Chose Morelia
Downtown Morelia is one of UNESCO's World Heritage Cities in Mexico and to my taste the most beautiful one.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
You will enjoy tranquility and culture in a place full of light and sun.

An Amazing Bargain

I am amost reluctant to let the word get out: these apartments are one of the best deals in Mexico! I just finished a week's stay in Apartment "C". The apartments are virtually new, tastefully carved out of old bulidings: "C" with a large bedroom (with kingsized bed), separate living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. It was distant from the street and very quiet. The location couldn't have been better: a block from Madero - and midway between the historic center and the more attrractive area of Fray Antonio. They are associated with the B&P language school and can provide all sorts of other services (tour guides with perfect English, reliable airport service and instruction). The interaction before and after my arrival could not have been easier or more congenial: thanks Regina!
