Formal dining, Living room and Family room allows for separate gathering and sharing spaces in the home. A main floor bedroom with full bath will help any person that is stair challenged. 2nd floor has a Grand Master Suite with private retreat area and gas fireplace.
Master bath is accessed via the wet bar area with private refrigerator. Master bath features a jetted double tub, large shower and walk-in closet. This completes the master suite.
Additionally, there are three other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one queen bedroom with a private full bath and two other bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bath. All bedrooms have walk-in closets.
Extra large finished basement has all the fun your family could want! 10' screen in the theater room with great sound! A entertainment kitchen allows for extra fun and a popcorn popper for your movie watching. Pool table, air hockey and foosball table, and dart board will round out your fun requirement!
Close by is a great skate and boarding park for the kids. Running trails, horseback riding, boating, sailing and beach are all close. Neighborhood pool is a block away.
There are several wonderful shopping areas and theaters within a short drive.
Relaxing in the peaceful master suite at this beautiful Denver home
VRBO Bear stayed here - 06/02/2009 Over the long weekend, my best bear friends & I relaxed at this fabulous Denver area home, where we had everything we needed for a luxurious vacation. We loved being close to the beautiful, open-air Southlands Mall, with a great selection of restaurants and shops. This Denver vacation rental house was super convenient to the airport and downtown Denver. Plus, it was just a short drive to the Rocky Mountains!
This beautiful vacation house was perfect for a family or group gathering. The home had five bedrooms – three with private baths – and each of the beds was “beary” comfy for the ideal vacation hibernation. The master bedroom suite was very sweet indeed, with a lovely sitting room and a spa-like bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen and elegant dining area was great for hosting a crowd and had everything we needed to prepare a few homemade meals. Backing to a park in a quiet neighborhood, the backyard patio area was pretty and peaceful. Each evening, we loved sitting around the gas firepit. When you visit, be sure to bring some movies to enjoy in the amazing home theater!
Whether you need event lodging in Denver or are just looking for a little Colorado rest and relaxation, you will love staying in this beautifully furnished, large, and luxurious home in southeast metro Denver. We could hardly “bear” to leave!
