Villa 214 offers a fantastic view of the ocean and southern shoreline from it's second floor, ocean front location. The private balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The "A Place At The Beach IV" Seagull building is right on the beach.
There are no streets to cross or long walks carrying all your beach gear. Just step out of the building and onto a beautiful beach.
Villa 214 has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area floor plan. It is equipped with two new 32" color cable TVs with DVD (MB & LR), air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans in each room and new outdoor patio furniture.
The bedrooms include a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. In addition, the living room has a fold out queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new smooth-surface range, refrigerator, new quiet dishwasher and microwave.
The location is fantastic! Our condo is centrally located to all major attractions. It's in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, less than 3 miles south of the new Conway 22 East by-pass, so there's little to no bumper to bumper traffic on arrival.
Once you're there, you can enjoy not being directly in the hustle bustle of the beach traffic because it's on a dead-end street right on the ocean! There is a shopping area called the Staw Market within walking distance across the street, complete with sub sandwich shop and ice cream parlor.
And South Carolina's largest fishing pier is just a short walk up the beach! The Galleria shopping center is a few blocks away. And if you want to see the shows, play miniature golf, or visit the amusement parks, it's all within minutes of you.
Truly, it couldn't be more perfect.
