This beautiful new corner unit is located in Willow Bend at the Barefoot Resort. Barefoot is home to four world class golf courses including the Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye courses. In addition to the world class golf courses, you will find the Golf School and a 30-Acre practice facility to fine tune your golf game.
Myrtle Beach has become one the top destinations for golf. With over 100 golf courses in Myrtle Beach, you have a number of choices for enjoying your time on the links.
At Barefoot Landing you will find plenty of shopping and entertainment options, with many shops, restaurants and musical venues to choose from. For the shoppers in your group, in addition to the shops at Barefoot Landing, you have the Tanger Outlet Mall and the Colonial Mall just minutes away.

We strive to provide you with everything you will need for your stay at our lovely golf villa. Our spacious kitchen is well stocked for enjoying meals in your home away from home. We also have a complete dining room set that seats six as well as a breakfast counter with four high top bar stools so you can relax with family and friends. For the expert barbecue chefs, there are charcoal grills conveniently located at the pool.
The living room is furnished with brand new furniture, including a pull-out Queen sofa bed, 42" flatscreen HDTV with a DVD player. From the living room you can walk outside to the lanai where you can relax in an extremely private setting on our comfortable patio rocker and furniture. Great place to read a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or spend family time.
The master suite is fully furnished with a King-size bed, TV w/ DVD player, a ceiling fan and master bathroom. The second bedroom is fully furnished, including a King bed, TV w/ DVD player, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two Twin beds, matching furniture, and a ceiling fan. All bedding is provided for your convenience. Ample room for the portable crib (included) in any room. Entire layout is safe and kid friendly. Games, toys, and DVDs provided for your enjoyment. My seven grandchildren love this condo and I know your family will too.

My family and I have rented this property twice. We can't wait for the third time to come around. Clean, centrally located and extremely comfortable. A few minutes drive from the ocean and from a dozen great restaurants. The amenities of the complex; as well as the apartment itself is far better than what any hotel can offer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We (my wife and two children aged 4 & 2) have just returned from renting this condo and can not speak highly enough about this property. It was furnished to a very high standard and with its many little extras (such as bed guards, childrens toys & dvd's) made it a excellent vacation rental. The pool just yards away was clean and never crowded. The property description was true and accurate and would have no hesitation in recommending this unit. We found plenty to do, and spent many evenings dining out at some of the fine resturants which where about 5 minutes drive away, We felt centrally to everything and nothing seemed more than 10 minutes away in the car. 10 out 10 in our opinionRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved this vacation home. My 2.5 year old enjoyed playing the toys and games provided. A private community pool is just across the parking lot. Although the bigger community pool is not within walking distance, but is well suited for both young kids and grandparents. We didn't use the shuttle to the beach. Instead, we drove to the public beach access point on 46th street in less than 10 minutes. It was much less crowded than myrtle beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Our family had a great time last week in North Myrtle Beach! We loved the condo. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. About the owner: We reside in NJ full-time. I am a retired school teacher and my wife currently works in school administration. This is our first vacation home and have enjoyed all of our visits this year.
Why the Owner Chose Willow Bend:
I enjoy golfing so this was an ideal location for that activity. My wife loves all the shopping and my grandchildren have fun at the beach, pools, and at all the shows.

Our 3 bedroom condo has so much room for our entire family. We used it extensively during our first year, but live full time near the beach so have it available for rentals during the summer.
