First time we stayed in la cruz as we generally stay in puerto vallarta. We love Bucerias and surroundings so we wanted something more genuine and quiet, and a little away from the traffic. We had visited la cruz and we loved the marina and the market, plus the quick access to destiladeras beach and punta mita. We loved the house, the owners were very nice and extremely helpful, the caretaker and his wife always present when needed. We booked this house for its very high value and because we need a pool. The garden is very well maintained. Everyhing went well. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Thank you. The house was spotless, the pool and Jacuzzi were a delight. We liked having the caretaker available for anything we needed. Thanks for making it so easy for us, especially for the security deposit. We ll definitely come back.

We had a great stay. The property was very well maintained and clean upon arrival and during the whole stay. We were just disappointed to have come during the rains. It poured almost all the time and the water even came into the living room one day. The issue was eventually fixed by owner which is good. We love la cruz all year round but found it quite boring early september, with very few people in the restaurants and bars. The garden was gorgeous though and the pool was very warm. We also loved the jacuzzi and the natural waterfall pouring into the swimming pool where you can actually sit. Nice detail. Swimming in the rain was one of our highlights. we will definitely come back in june or july, but not September. Try to avoid september. Very nice property.

My wife and I stayed at this house for 7 weeks in 2010 for the first time, and it was truly a great experience. La Cruz has been our favorite vacation place for many years and now that the marina is built, we will come back every year. The ambience in the village is amazing, we had plenty of entertainment every night. What to say about the house ? it always seemed beautiful from the street and we decided to try it this year. We decided to come back every year as of now. A beautiful garden, lots of flowers and trees, the pool was a delight, especially at night when all the lights are on, the living room is really spacious with plenty of room and living spaces for all the family, we loved the burning hot jacuzzi and the waterfall in the garden, the TV lounge is adorable and most important for us: every detail was taken care of by the owners and the caretaker. The house was very clean and well maintained at all times. A true gem in la cruz. Only regret: one part of the street is still dirt road, all the rest was just perfect. And the pictures dont do justice to the house, owners should change them as the property is much grander and gorgeous than it looks on the pictures. We ll be back next year.

We had a great time ! The house and the location have been fantastic. Thank you for being so accomodating and helpful everytime we needed something. that made a big difference in our trip. We loved everything, and especially the swimming pool, the waterfall and the jacuzzi. We spent most of our days basking in the sun and walking along the marina. Great location as well, and thanks for recommending all the restaurants. see you next year !!

We stayed here Oct 2009 - Jan 2010. Great location in the village. Lots of space for our small dog to roam and play. The owner was always available and immediately attentive to any issues. Groundskeeper arrived every week to see that everything was in order. Pool was great to have and we enjoyed it everyday. We have already rented the house for the same period this upcoming fall and winter, so obviously we were pleased with our stay. We look forward to our return. Highly recommend.
