  Had a blast at this property. Its one of 12 but its the best of the bunch due to lower floor, private patio, and afternoon shade that the others don't get. Felt more private and secluded. Another great thing this property has that the others don't. Sand. It has a great layout area with sand directly below the pool on the ocean line and it makes it really feel like you have your own private beach. Due to the all cement construction we rarely heard a peep out of the neighbors. Location is also within walking distance of our favorite restaurant, Guidos. The owner has a great directions book with all sorts of information for the 1st timers that really helped us with restaurant selection and areas to avoid. Look forward to it next year!

  This is such a wonderful place to go to for an easy laid back vacation. Everything is taken care of by the Condo and the owner, towels, water and clean sheets etc. The complex is great, pool right there and excellent snorkeling off to back. It's also a great walk into town with cute bars along the way. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who likes a good vacation!

  Have just returned from a 13 day visit 7/6/12 - 7/18/12 . Had a great time !! The Condo is awesome , all the amenities you could ever need ,well maintained ,clean and lovely decorations .Excellent location for the town .Very quiet and relaxing .Loved the view right off the patio overlooking the pool and ocean ,with beautiful sunsets .Best snorkelling we found was at the Condo. Great beaches around the Island to explore .Our children enjoyed Paradise beach with the kayaking , rock wall ,bounce houses and slides. Would definately recommend this Condo for all.

  This is absolutely my favorite place to stay in Cozumel. I have been to Cozumel a dozen times and have stayed at Cantamar three times and in this condo unit twice. First of all, I am a diver and LOVE diving in Cozumel so I am not into any of the touristy things that there are to do around the island. I like the condo’s proximity to town – I can walk there in 10 to 15 minutes and then taxi home for $5. Cantamar is a quiet condo – perhaps 10 units? Maybe there would be another couple in the pool or lounging on the beach. This unit is on the ground floor so it is perfect for enjoying the pool and beach area. The condo has easy access for freshening up your drink or grabbing a bit to eat while you are pool side or on the beach. If you are into snorkeling, some of the best snorkeling is right in front of the condo. Great location, breath taking view, beautiful condo – you can’t do better than this anywhere on the island.

  We had the BEST time in Cozumel! The condo location is ideal and the weather, shopping, people, snorkeling and food were all great! We loved watching the cruise ships come and go as we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived and it was cleaned three times while we were there, which was so nice. The kitchen and laundry were special perks we loved having on vacation. It was such an amazing trip! The people were so friendly. We did a lot (visited the ruins, took a trip around island, ate at lots of great restaurants, went shopping, toured the museum, marina, etc.), but one of the best things we did was have a private chef cook for us at the condo one night. Book Cozumel Chef Emily Egge - she was wonderful, as was her food and the service by her husband. She will cook in the condo and treat you like royalty! Very relaxing and absolutely divine. We did not want to leave this paradise!

  This condo is in a great location for those who like to sea-side snorkel. Located right on the beach, this condo offers great views of the ocean, is located right next to the swimming pool as well. The condo itself is well appointed with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The decor is modern throughout with a nice, newer efficiency kitchen. I have stayed in this condo several times and have always found my accommodations to be clean and ready to go for my stay. The condominiium staff is helpful and pleasant. Two thumbs up for this Cozumel condo!

  For the last few years my wife and I have had the pleasure to enjoy the peace and climate of the island of Cozumel during the summer. The condo has been the only retreat that we have stayed and we could not think of a better place to experience the people, the ocean swim and the food because of the easy proximity to the center of town. We can't say enough about the owner and the people who managed the place, everything is always in working condition, neat and super clean. The pictures and the captions are accurate and we can't wait to return this summer. We highly recommend the condo at Cantamar.

  This property is incredibly clean, with an open floor plan and incredibly roomy bedrooms. The pool is lovely and the access to the sea is very easy. It is a safe and well maintained property and just a 15 minute walk to downtown Cozumel - perfect for those who want to "get away"' from it all! I have recommended this property to my folks who have gone every year for four years now! I can't wait to return myself ...

  I stayed in the condo for one week. By far, it was one of my very best vacations. Just visualize this; crystal clear ocean water, blue skies with no clouds, 80 degree plus temperatures, colorful sunsets every night, all of this right outside your own private patio plus a large fresh water pool and even a sandy beach area! The condo is incredible and the location is perfect. It is very clean and well equiped with towels, sheets, dishes, cutlery, bottled water and having a full-size washer and dryer was fabulous. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. You can easily walk into town and there is even a small grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away. Taxis are plentiful, cheap and clean. Did I already tell you that the location is perfect? You do not need to rent a car although we did for one day to explore the east coast of Cozumel. The locals are extremely friendly and family orientated. We felt safe and secure at all times at the condo and in Cozumel. We had, absolutely no issues. We had such a great time snorkeling right off the "backyard" that we are going back in three weeks! I cannot wait to eat at Guidos and drink the margaritas at The Mission! I highly recommend staying here!

  I went to stay at Cantamar with my family in 2006. We had so much fun I decided to take my best friends back to the same place a year later! The condo is fabulous, the location is unbeatable, I love being able to jump of the back wall and snorkel whenever I wanted. The food in town is terrific and the condo could not be more comfortable. I am looking forward to a time when I can go back.
