Enjoy the beach while staying in this beautifully furnished resort condo on the Gulf of Mexico. With one bedroom, bunk beds and a sofa sleeper, it comfortably sleeps six. Two bathrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed with upgraded mattress, TV/DVD player, and private bath with tub/shower.
Internet service and long distance included at no extra charge. Phones in living area and in master bedroom.
Two pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a game room make for a fun stay. The pools overlook the beach and have plenty of chaise lounges and chairs for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the comforts of your home kitchen. Linens, towels and dishtowels are supplied. Laundry detergent/softener, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet tissue are also supplied for weekly rentals.
This is a great location close to numerous water sports, deep sea fishing, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The views were the best and everything inside was perfect. One of our favorite things was the pictures. As we admired the paintings throughout the unit we realized that they had been painted by the owner. What a wonderful personal touch. We had stayed at Seychelles before and enjoyed our stay but this condo by far was much nicer and cleaner than the others we have stayed in. We can't wait to get back and have already started checking the availability calendar for more trips this summer."

Cancellation Policy: If the Panama City Beach beaches are closed to the public during the dates of your stay due to an oil spill, a named hurricane or any other disaster, Owner will refund your deposit less a $50 reservation fee. Renter may choose to change to other available dates without penalty. Cancellation by Renter: The following charges apply: If cancellation is 60 days or more before the commencement of the reservation: $50 charge; between 60 and 30 days: $150; between 30 and 14 days: $250; within 13 days – 100% of total rental price. Cancellation by Owner: In the unlikely event due to circumstances beyond the control of owner that the condo ceases to be available as booked, the Owner will refund Renter all the funds paid to The Owner without delay and shall be under no other liability.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing! Marlene was very easy to work with. Everything was in great shape. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo. Two of our favorite restaurants were Pompanos and Salt Water Grill.

We would recommend this unit to anyone. It is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. The view is incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. WOW!!! Had a wonderful time...the condo was awesome and the views breathtaking, everything we needed was supplied all we had to bring was ourselves! We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is so beautiful and so clean! We had everything we needed. It was our first time to rent through VRBO and found it to be a positive experience.
