This is a beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The downstairs bedrooms have the king and queen beds. The third bedroom has the twin beds. There is a full sized washer and dryer on the main floor. The kitchen has granite counters, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors.
The entry is natural slate. Natural slate is also used as accents in the kitchen and fireplace hearth. The fireplace is made of local river rock with a wood burning insert. The condo is decorated with designer furnishings and locally made custom benches and stools.
Antique skis, snowshoes, and local art grace the walls. Knotty alder doors, cabinets, and woodwork complete the warm feel of this unit.
The unit is located on the second floor and has beautiful sweeping views of the ski mountain. The complex also has a pool and hot tub. A small private outdoor deck includes a barbeque. The grounds have plenty of grass areas and tasteful landscaping.
The location of this unit is fantastic. It is short walking distance to the River Run lift, the bike trail, as well as to the town of Ketchum. It is a 5 minute walk to all of the local gourmet restaurants, drinking establishments, shops, and art galleries.

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
The two main reasons I chose this home is the easy access to skiing, fly fishing and the town. I absolutely love that I can walk to town to grab dinner, a drink, or visit the galleries and wonderful shops. I was told that you come for the skiing, but you stay for the summers. I have found that to be true.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit is real warm and cozy with all of the knotty alder and stone. It is just a nice place to stay.

I moved to Seattle, WA from Chicago 3 years ago. I have visited friends in Sun Valley the last couple of years and fell in love with the beauty, outdoor activities and social aspects of the town. One reason I bought this home is to have my brothers and sisters and bring my nieces and nephews, who all live in the eastern half of the country.

Great place to stay in Ketchum. This condo was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It is very elegant, clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here during the Sawtooth Relay and the location was perfect; very close to Atkinson’s park. We walked to the condo after the race party at the park. It felt great to soak in the hot tub after a long day of running. At night, my team and I walked downtown for some food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great family vacation in Idaho. This condo was perfect for us with a terrifc location. We walked to town for dinner and concerts, hopped right on the bike trail and over to hike Baldy. The bedding was very nice and the kitchen was very well supplied. After a couple of hard hikes,we stayed in a cooked and we had everything we needed. The owner was very accomadating as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Loved the condo and the owner. Description is very accurate with a very comfortable and clean condo with lovely family room and bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen very easy to cook in! Location is perfect with great running path along the river and hills just a block away. Swimming pool is great and game room fun for our kids. Owner was wonderful to work with and extremely honest! (I overpaid and didn't ever realize it and he sent me money back!) Will definitely stay here again - we LOVE Sun Valley and this condo!

We had a girls weekend in Sun Valley and were lucky to find this beautiful condo. The listed location was very accurate. We were able to walk to River Run and into town. The pool at the condo was a nice bonus and we spent an afternoon enjoying the sun. We walked to River Run and rented bikes from Pete Lanes. From River Run, we were able to get onto the bike path and have a nice ride. The photos don't do the condo justice. The condo was very beautiful and spacious for all us girls and our stuff! The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. I hope to return to Sun Valley sometime soon!
