Costa Azul is one of the longest and most beautiful beaches on the Sea of Cortez and is home to this luxurious 3400 square foot beachfront retreat. Upscale in design, decor and amenities it provides a full panoramic ocean vista from Palmilla Point to Punta Gorda.

Traditional Mexican decor with travertine flooring, granite and extensive woodwork is complimented with sound and lighting systems throughout. Spacious living and dining areas are served by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, marble fireplace and HD plasma entertainment system.

The master bedroom with king size bed and luxury beddings and linens has an ensuite with open marble shower and soaking tub. This bedroom has an HD plasma television and DVD, walk in closet with safe and private attached sitting room overlooking the Ocean with access to the terrace.

The second master suite provides 2 luxurious queen size beds, private bathroom and shower, walk in closet, television. This suite looks directly at Palmilla Point with private sitting area on the terrace.

The third bedroom also includes king size bed, a third bathroom with marble shower and access to the Oceanside terrace.

All three bedrooms, the living room and dining area, and the kitchen have floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that face the Sea of Cortez. The ‘wrap around’ beachfront terrace offers an incomparable 270 degree view from the fourth floor and enjoys direct sun all day long. It is equipped and ideal for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining or simply relaxing.

Stairway and elevator access to warm and cold swimming pools, hot tub, and tennis and fitness room. A number of very good casual and formal restaurants are a short walk down the beach. A few minutes drive to the quaint centre of San Jose de Cabo for some of the finest culinary experiences in the Baja.

World class golfing at Palmilla, Querencia, Cabo del Sol and Puerto Los Cabos is within a few minutes drive. Surfing is a walk down the beach and snorkeling a 10 minute drive. Deep sea fishing charter boats, of any size, now run out of the new Puerto Los Cabos marina a few minutes drive. Whale watching can be enjoyed from the terrace and surf casting from the beach in front.

  • What an amazing property...photos don't do it justice. The condo is huge, luxurious, livable and a true oasis. El Zalate's beach and surf are perfect, and the old village section of San Jose del Cabo is far more appealing than Cabo San Lucas. We felt completely at home and enjoyed long dinners on the patio. This property is a true jem. Our thanks to the Stein's for a great holiday.

  • WOW! That's how I describe this front row seat on the majestic Sea of Cortez. The photos only give you a glimpse to the atmosphere and comfort that you find when you step through the door. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING to create an ideal base for relaxation and adventure. Plus they are extremely nice to deal with and provide lots of info to help you plan your vacation. As we sat on the 1000 sq/ft balconey with gentle music wafting over the overhead stereo system, candles flickering around us, and the waves lapping at the beach below, we decided this must be paradise. You will not be disappointed (although I may be when I try to book again and the place is booked solid because of such glowing reviews!!) Thanks again for helping set the stage for a fabulous vacation!

  • Just returned from a fabulous Christmas holiday with our grown children at the Stein condo in El Zalate. I would echo all the other comments.....perhaps the best equiped rental condo we've ever leased. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, great lanai furniture for the hours we spent oogling the view... AND 7 perfect days of weather!!

  • This Condo has with out a doubt, the best location in this complex. Fourth floor end unit. The balcony which wraps around two sides of the unit looks down onto the beach on one side, and down onto the pool on the other! It is very well located just outside the town of San Jose, within a five minute drive to some very good resturants, stores etc. We will be making this trip an annual event! No need to look elsewhere for a place to stay, this home cannot be beat!!!!

  • We recently stayed at this fabulous condo. It was really a treat having such a luxurious and spacious place for our family. The views are truely amazing - we spent many relaxing hours on the huge balcony watching the surf. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end stainless appliances. The beds were extremly compfortable also. The complex has 2 great pools indeal for kids - one with a beach entry. Highly recommeded!
