You are just steps from the beach or the Intracoastal Waterway and all the serenity that nature and the beach have to offer. You can enjoy the beach all day and return to just sit on the covered porch swing and enjoy the beauty or take a Jacuzzi with a nice glass of wine. In the evening you can grill on the gas grill and sit with your family at the picnic table to enjoy a leisurely night. Everyday can be as relaxing as you wish to make it.

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
We were the first to view this home when the builder/owner decided to sell it. We fell in love with the area and the house. It is so relaxing to sit in the swing on the porch and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. In addition, the beach is great and we have been able to swim there from May to late October most years.

My husband was a deep sea ship Captain and we both have always loved the ocean and the beach. We travel extensively around the world and enjoy the serenity of the beach and relaxing sounds of the ocean. Our family has enjoyed this home for the past few years and we have great neighbors.
