“Villa Cilla” is located less than a 10-minute walk above the charming seaside town of Lerici in the Montemarcello National Park. It overlooks the Gulf of Poets (Golfo di Poeti) made famous by Lord Byron and Shelley.
The studio has recently been renovated and is equipped with a new kitchen and a washer/dryer. The door to the studio opens on a private terraced garden with lemon, orange and olive trees. The entire property boasts an enchanting view of the Bay of La Spezia, Portovenere and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. There is a path down to a small private beach, while larger public beaches are accessible by short walk or frequent bus. The studio comes with one parking space.
