“Villa Cilla” is a semi-independent villa located in a private residential complex surrounded by lush gardens and olive trees. The charming seaside town of Lerici is a 20 minute walk and Tellaro, considered "One of Italy's Most Beautiful Hamlets" is just a 15 minute walk away. It overlooks the Gulf of Poets (Golfo di Poeti) made famous by Lord Byron and Shelley, the island of Palmaria and Portovenere.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
You enter on the top floor which consists of open space floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. There is also a large sea view terrace for sun bathing or dining "al fresco".
On the mid-level, there are two, sunny bedrooms with king size beds and lots of storage space and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground level you will find a studio with full kitchen, dining/living area, sleeping alcove with a king size bed, bathroom with shower and garden with outdoor dining furniture. The studio has an independent entrance and therefore the villa can be rented out as two separate units (2 bedroom/1 bath and studio with bath).
The entire house has recently been renovated to provide the utmost comfort during your stay. Several wonderful beaches are larger accessible by short walk or frequent bus. The house comes with one parking space.

Extremely well-appointed apartment that housed three couples comfortably. Advantages include: all necessities for cooking and eating in; everything spotlessly clean and in good repair; lovely sitting area and bedrooms; a short walk to Tellaro; and, most importantly, heavenly views. A car is a must and navigation from the apartment is simple. There's a steep pitch in the driveway, but it is manageable. Both the leasing agent and the hostess were fantastic. Villa Cilla earns "must return" statis!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
