Condominium is on the second floor of a two-story building. The unit is 1200sq/ft with dining area, full kitchen, king-size bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the other. Both bathrooms have an en suite complete with shower and bath.
The condominium is located on a canal, between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach. The beach is a five-minute walk, as are the Galleria Mall, and at least a dozen restaurants. A Convenience store, open 24hrs, and public transport, are just around the corner. A car is not really necessary at this location.
Weekly housekeeping is included.

Hi Al: Just returned to Halifax last nite (very late). We certainly enjoyed your condo, it's in excellent condition, very clean and very courteous and helpful front desk staff and the rate was reasonable. The condo is in a great location and very accessible to the golf courses that we normally play. If we return to the area we will definitely try to get your condo again next year. All in all a very smooth transaction.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect, excellent location, nice and roomy, we loved the pool area-spent a lot of time there as the weather was great, its really nice to have found a place where you really can walk everywhere.
