  Hi Al, We have left your condo this morning and had a wonderful time in Fort Lauderdale. Weather was great and the beach including airshow last weekend also! We did not like Miami as it was just a city as all cities with no specific history and tourist attractions. Miami beach was just as beaches in Europe, we expected too much of it I guess. We went also to the everglades which was amazing as there were a lot of alligators and nice nature. We want to thank you for letting us in your condo, we enjoyed the pool also!   Hello Al; We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and want to thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful Condo Unit 510 at Coconut Bay Resort. We have stayed at Coconut Bay several times but I must say we enjoyed your unit the most. It is so clean, bright and well equipped. The full wall window in the huge Master Bedroom not only made the bedroom so sunny and bright but gave a full view of the inland waterway. The location of your Resort is perfect ---so close to the ocean, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Blue Martini, Franco & Vinny's --- what more could one want? Once again, thank you, Al. We would certainly love to return to your beautiful Unit 510. Larry & Theresa, Alliston, Ontario

  Hi Al Greetings from the UK. Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. Everything as described and most comfortable, spacious rooms, very clean. The front desk staff were excellent, very helpful - even got me on-line. Excelled Italian Restaurant on door step. Good location, buses very frequent, really did not need to hire a car. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool area, again spotless. We would definitely come again and thank you for meeting us from the port. Best wishes Dianne & Cliff

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  Hi Al: Just returned to Halifax last nite (very late). We certainly enjoyed your condo, it's in excellent condition, very clean and very courteous and helpful front desk staff and the rate was reasonable. The condo is in a great location and very accessible to the golf courses that we normally play. If we return to the area we will definitely try to get your condo again next year. All in all a very smooth transaction.

  Just returned from Ft. Lauderdale and had a great time. Staff were very helpful and efficient. May want to return next year what dates are available for December/January.

  Your apartment was really good, and we enjoyed our stay. Even the army/navy turned out to meet us! We would definitely want to use your place again in the future, but this won't be for a couple of years, so if you still have it, I'll contact you then.

  We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect, excellent location, nice and roomy, we loved the pool area-spent a lot of time there as the weather was great, its really nice to have found a place where you really can walk everywhere.
