    Hosted a Ladies getaway weekend. Awesome time spend in this awesome home in which we love dearly. This was our second time renting this place and look forward to many more. Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and comfortable condo. We were 3 seperate families enjoying a long beach weekend as an end of summer mini vacation/birthday celebration. This kids loved the loft area as their hangout....and (no suprise) the parents loved that the kids had their own space. We ate every meal in, since the kitchen was so well equipped and the dining/living area was so comfortable and spacious. Loved the complex! Very well maintained....so much to offer. The master bedroom and bath is so huge it could easily accomodate a family with small children. A nice plus was the option to use "beach toys"...from the unit closet. Very well equipped. We had a great time. It will be hard to ever rent any where else.

    Everything was just as the pictures show it we had three families with a total of 14 people and still managed to stay out of each others way when we wanted to the only thing that needed attention was the upstairs room had a bad ant problem coming in through the windows by the bunk beds but we sprayed and that helped a little.The beach was beautiful and just a short walk the kids had lots of fun with the boogie boards.Overall I would definitely stay here again and am looking foreward to my next florida vacation

    The condo was in great condition. It was extremely clean and very spacious. Comfortably slept all 10 of us. There was a binder with information on the surrounding area that gave us great information. We were able to make reservations at the restaurants easily. We ate in as well because the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking equipment. While we didn't take advantage of it, there is an option to rent the owners boat and driver. We did go on a great nature walk right in back of the condo and played with the bean bag toss game - great activities for all ages. We had a great time!

    I kept thinking that this place was too good to be true when looking at the pics and reviews online, but not only did it measure up, it exceeded our expectations! Our family, consisting of eight children ages 1-10, my husband and me, and my mother spent the week relaxing and enjoying one another in this beautiful condo. The kitchen bar was perfect for my family, and there was plenty of seating for us to be together. Each bathroom made our visit even better, with the master bath being the home run for us. We could bathe our little boys, ages 1-6, all together in the oversized shower, and they even enjoyed taking a bath together in the jacuzzi tub. Having the washer and dryer were a huge blessing for us, as well. The decorations were lovely, but what I loved was that they were big and safe. Not a whole lot of tiny breakable things sitting around. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place was for our family beach vacation. The condo complex was very clean, the pools were fun, and the other residents/vacationers were very friendly. We certainly hope to return next summer!

    The location was wonderful. The unit was just awesome. Fully stocked with any kitchen utensil and or appliance you could imagine. Decorated beautifully. View was great. Little bit of a walk to the beach but worth it. Patio was out of this world! Complex was amazing. Definately would stay here again.

    We had three generations, 6 adults and 5 kids and had the best spring break vacation ever. The condo was so roomy, clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. The kids loved the loft bedroom. It has two balconies, one off the master BR looking at the ocean, and a huge one off the main room that provided nice afternoon sun. The Oceanwalk resort has so much to entertain everyone - 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball hoop, putting green, bocci pit, 2 clubhouses for group functions, a theater for watching DVD's, etc. And the uncrowded, non-driving beach is right across the road. THE PERFECT CONDO FOR A LARGE GROUP! (and we are returning in 2013)

    The place is really every bit as good as the website shows. We stayed as a group of 6....but it could of been 10 and we had plenty of room. We were extremely happy with the accommodations. Every thing was very clean and comfortable, and had everything you could want: washer & dryer, large kitchen, LCD TVs, ocean views, huge deck, and lots of sleeping accomendations. The owner and our New Smyrna contact was very nice and made us feel welcome - giving us some great tips. The swimming pool was nice and the ocean was a short walk. I would highly recommend it to friends would definitely go back if we were headed that way.

    We rented this condo for my mother's 80th birthday celebration several weeks ago, January 2012. We had a luncheon elsewhere, but came to rest our heads in the o-so-comfortable beds. We drove in from South Carolina and other family members who live in Raleigh, NC, Miami, Fort Myers, Deland, etc, came to visit. This condo is the most beautiful place and so perfectly decorated. It is so well equipped for anything and everything you may need. It makes you feel so welcome, almost like being at home. Actually, it makes it really hard to have to leave and go back home. But all fun has to come to an end. We actually rented this same condo 5 years ago for my father's 80th birthday. It is such a perfect set up. I have many family members that are looking to rent for their family vacations. Thanks to Carolyn for allowing us to use her home as our home! We will be returning!

    3 generations to spend a week together and everything was great. The quality of the furninshings, the cheerful Fla. colors, the Ocean, the boardwalk through the everglades, the huge, relaxing patio with an awesome view, even top of the line sheets all made for a memorable vacation. I was worried making a decision for everyone but everyone agreed, I made the right choice. Thanks, for sharing. Hope to come back again.

    We had a very positive experience at this condo. The unit was spacious, and very easy to live in. We had four grandkids (sometimes 6) in the loft, they wanted to spend all of their time there. The counter with the stools was an oft-used place in the unit. We spent a lot of time at both the pools and at the ocean. The decor was pleasing for the area, we could comfortably decompress in the unit after a hard day of playing. Cooking for the whole group and for other friends , who were not staying there, was easy in the condo. Would we do it again, ABSOLUTELY. By the way the restaurants in the area, are outstanding. NSB is a great place for a family vacation.

    Terrific atmosphere in the penthouse, just absolutely spectacular. I had so much fun with my family because it is such a great place to stay. Owners are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. There is nothing that is missing in the penthouse, you literally have everything at your fingertips. Wonderful ocean and river views and places to relax. Definitely the greatest rental I have ever stayed.

    The pictures don't do this penthouse justice. We could not have had a better time. The view, the clean beach, the huge comfortable patio, the amenities, the color choices, the quality of furniture, clean, spacious and the quaint town were all that we needed to thoroughly enjoy and relax. We found a wonderful nature walk through the everglades! Carolyn, the owner, was great to work with! The only negative was we had to leave! Thanks Carolyn for sharing your home!! We will be back

    We weren't expecting such a large, beautiful place! It was beautifully decorated and we felt at home almost right away. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable too. All of the grounds were maintained and beautifully manicured. The beaches are clean and pristine. We visited some area restaurants. My favorite was the Garlique, an italian place. It is very unique. Seating is inside or out and the food is delicious and the service is very personal. We had time to shop in the "downtown" area which really has a small town feel, boutiques and small restaurants lining the streets nearby or on the oceanfront. I can't wait to go back and this time stay longer!

    I stayed here with several friends and the place was amazing. The beach was only steps away, and the views from the balconies was amazing. I was told an interior designer handled the decorating of the place and it really shows.
