Welcome to one of the finest and centrally located "gated" communities in Palmetto Dunes. Breathtaking view of the "lagoon and golf course" from the deck of our beautifully furnished and freshly painted villa. Enjoy walking to private beach club, (Disney, Marriott, or Hilton), grill at Disney Beach, pool, twenty-five tennis courts, three world class golf courses, boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, restaurants, a marina, free shuttle, and miles of bicycle paths. This beautiful second floor villa overlooks the "15th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course" in Palmetto Dunes. "The Arthur Hills and Robert Trent Golf Courses" are also located at this resort. It is great for a family vacation or quick getaway.
Our villa is a minute walk to the lovely private pool.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private bath. The French doors from the bedroom lead to the deck overlooking the golf course and the lagoon. The charming second bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath. The convertible bed is queen size.
Deluxe accommodations which are light, bright and airy, with wall to wall windows,tiling throughout, cathedral ceilings, and a sunken living room/dining room. This fully furnished villa is complete with new central air,ceiling fans and two bathrooms. There are three flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players. "(High Definition TV with over 300 channels)"
The "Internet" can be accessed at the villa. HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION allows you to stay connected to work & friends. "Free long distance to anywhere in U.S. and Canada provided".
A fully functional bright open kitchen with new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar offers the conveniences of home. The dining area has seating for six and the bar seats four.
The villa has a laundry room.
It is a short walk to the magnificent beach lined with palm trees, Golf Center, Tennis Center, Alexander's Restaurant (BEST on ISLAND), Dunes Restaurant, and Palmetto Dunes General Store.

From March 1st through October 1st enjoy the "free Palmetto Dunes Shuttle Service" which will take you wherever you wish to go in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa.The hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Bring your own bicycles. However bicycle, canoe, kayak, and beach equipment are available for rent from PD Outfitters which is within walking distance. Outfitters will give a 20% discount
on renting equipment if you stay at our villa.

Everything is within walking distance at St. Andrews. We walk to play golf, tennis, to the pool, to the beach, to the General Store, and to Alexander's Restaurant (BEST ON THE ISLAND). The propery is very well maintained. Palmetto Dunes is a gated community. At Shelter Cove, across the
street, there is live theatre and fireworks - craft show on Tuesday nights.
Since we are located center of the island, all activities are easily accessible including Hilton Head Island Airport.

The villa is private and quiet. The tropical landscape, including palm trees, is gorgeous.

We really enjoyed our month in this villa. It was very clean and in excellent condition. The location was perfect: close to beach, golf, restaurants, and bike riding. The owners were very attentive to any requests. We are definitely looking forward to going back.

We ejoyed your villa so much the first time that we came back again! We were impressed with the new kitchen appliances.The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The villa is equipped with everything you need during a vacation away from home. We also loved the new tile floors throughout. We enjoyed having morning coffee and early evening cocktails and apps on your deck. The deck has a beautiful view. It is very peaceful and relaxing sitting out there. We look forward to coming back again!

The villa was a perfect size for our family of four. It was nicely decorated, not outdated like so many other properties. The beds were comfortable. We liked that the villa was located in the back of the complex: not a lot of traffic and quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course. All in all, this is a lovely villa at an affordable price. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely rent this villa again and recommend to others!

We totally enjoyed staying in Palmetto Dunes. Our condo was right on the golf course. The bike paths gave us access to the whole island. The condo offered us plenty of space.
