Oceanfront with unobtructed views of Sweetheart Rock. Right next to the world class Four Seasons Manele Bay Hotel and Jack Nicklaus designed Challenge at Manele golf club. Lanai is the intimate Hawaiian Island with only 3,000 friendly residents most of whom work for the Four Seasons. Over 95% of the island including the hotels is privalely owned by the Castle and Cooke Co. and it is available for exploring, sigtseeing and nature watching. In Hulopoe Bay, a short walk from our home on Lanai, the famous spinning dophins often come to play and swim with the beach swimmers and snorkelers. Snorkle equipment is available along with chaisse lounges and towels from the Four Seasons beach kiosk for Island Club guests. Island Club guest cards are available at the prevailing rates for our guests. In the winter, hump back whales frolic right off shore in front of our home. Why the Owner Chose Manele Bay
This is the most beautiful and uncrowded beach location in the whole state, at least the parts we've seen. We visited Lanai in 1997 before the residences were built and fell in love with the island. After our first night at the Manele Bay Hotel we signed the contract to buy our unit. We were the first owners at the Terraces, which were the first condominiums built at Manele Bay. We live in our home 3 months every year but then make it available to guests when we are not there. It is always available in December when we are home in Carmel, CA, for Christmas.

We are active grandparents of six who divide our time between Lanai, Maui, Carmel, CA and Santa Fe NM. Sometimes we think that we are on the go too much but wherever we are at the time we ask ourselves "It is so beautiful here, why would we ever want to leave???" We have had homes in Maui and now Lanai since 1970. In Lanai we find that we slow down and get rejuvenated. We hope you like our home as much as we do.
