Why the Owner Chose Southampton
Our family has lived in our Southampton home since we bought it in 1996. We often travel, therefore renting our beautiful home makes perfect sense. The area has some of the nicest beaches in the country and summers in the Hamptons are always lots of fun. We have filled our home with fine art and unique rugs and have turned it into a special welcoming space that everyone loves!
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is set back and very private, surrounded by woods on all sides and has a long driveway leading up to it. The pool area is a private oasis and ideal for gatherings or dining al fresco. There are two clay tennis courts on the street that can be accessed and the property is a short walk or bike ride to the bay beach, ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and other beach activities. The area is very safe and perfect for jogging, biking, running and is family-friendly, with a nearby beautiful bay beach for young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home through the Labor Day holiday. The home is very spacious, well-appointed with everything you could need (especially in the kitchen!) and very comfortable. It was impeccably clean and flooded with light. The pool and outside area are also fantastic - with plenty of room to cook, lounge and relax. We loved it and hated to leave. Moreover, the owners are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house. It's elegantly decorated and well maintained. We all felt right at home with the big gourmet kitchen, wonderful garden and comfortable setting. The hosts/owners are the best - they're hospitable, accomodating and helpful. Can't ask for more. We'll be back for sure! Highly recommended to all!

A group of friends and I stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful, with spacious, well kept rooms that are extremely comfortable even for a large group. The many bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, which is quite a compliment coming from 7 girls who can spend hours doing so. The kitchen is a food lover's dream - complete with more burners than you can ask for and more spices than you can count. We ended up cooking every meal at the house! We especially enjoyed lounging in the backyard by the pool, afternoon barbeques on the deck, and an intimate candle-lit dinner in the beautiful dining room. Rosaria and Robert are extremely warm and hospitable, with many great suggestions as to what to do in the area. The weekend was perfect thanks to them and this great house. We are hoping for the opportunity to stay again!

We stayed at this home for a week and had the best time! The house is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in the Hamptons. There were six adults in our family, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was only about five minutes from Southampton Village, and only about 20-30 minutes from the other Hampton towns. We loved the pool and the grounds, gorgeous! The owners were so helpful and accomodating. They gave us so much information and advice about what to do in the Hamptons. They were great! I can't say enough about how much we loved staying in this home! We will definitely stay there again, hopefully in the near future.

This house is wonderful and was the perfect location for a quiet summer getaway. The backyard has an beautiful pool and deck and we had a hard time leaving every afternoon when the sun went down. The house itself is very comfortable and our entire group felt at home. I would definitely go back and stay again!
