The Maine Cottage is heated and has air conditioning for year round enjoyment, so get a head start on the summer by booking a Spring or June vacation, or let the Summer linger into the long quiet days of September and the Fall.
Winter Rental availability starts October 3st 2009 thru April 30, 2010- $1300 per month plus utilities and pet fee(if applicable).
