Welcome to this european elegant custom designed home. The exterior has a Tuscany look of the old brick, stucco and stained stamped concrete. As soon as you entry the beveled glass double doors you will see a magnificent curved staircase, the beautiful hand plastered walls with detailed moldings and Brazilian Cherry Wood floors.
Create great meals in the gourmet kitchen on the commercial grade stainless steel appliances and granite slab tops with a beautiful view of the city lights, Puget Sound water and breathtaking sunsets. Or if you prefer to go out to the deck and have a barbecue as you watch the sail boats go by. Either way the views are spectacular. After you can relax in the family room just off the deck and start a fire in the beautiful brick fireplace. This area is great for entertaining with family or friends, reading a book or maybe just watching your favorite show on the plasma flat screen tv.
A very cozy master suite has a deck with a gret water view aslo the master bathroom has all travertine tile through out, jetted tub, large seperate glass enclosed shower and a see thru fireplace, it's definitely the setting for total relaxation or maybe a little romance.
There are also three more big bedrooms, a formal dinning room that has a large elegant dinning table and chairs suitable for a large group and a formal sitting room all with views. The luxury furniture also has a european look that matches the home decor.
There is a Pizzeria, Diner and an upscale restaurant The Cliff House favorite with the locals for special occasions they also have a low key downstairs Bistro and a piano bar with live bands most nights of the week. All are within a two minute walk form the house. We are also in walking distant to the Light House Beach Front Park, kids playgrounds and tennis courts. There is also plenty of entertainment in the area including Wild Waves Water Park, Pro Sports, soccer, baseball and football, movie theaters, malls, parks, fishing, sailing, plenty of entertainment for the young and old alike.
