The house is # 10, 92nd Street, Stone Harbor, New Jersey 08247. The house is located on the beach on 92nd Street.
The house is an upside down construction. There are two off street parking spaces next to the house. As you enter from 92nd Street, there is a master bedroom, located on the left with a king size bed and a single bed, a large closet, furniture and a cable television and VCR. Next to the bedroom are a large bathroom, a linen closet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the other side of the ground floor is a bedroom with a closet. A queen size bed next to sliding doors to a ground floor deck and immediate ocean view. Also next to that bedroom is another bedroom with two single beds, closet, cable television and outside ocean front ground level deck. On that side of the house next to the bedrooms is a full bath.
You go up the stairs to a large round fully equipped kitchen with a bar and eight stools. There is also a living room area that faces the ocean and a television with a VCR. Also on this floor are a large dining room table and a soft sitting area with a television, VCR and over 100 movies. This floor has a powder room also.
A full deck with chairs surrounds the entire main floor and there is an electric grill.
From the main floor you go upstairs to a loft area that has two single beds, a double bed, a full bath, a television sitting area and a computer. All the televisions have cable. There is also a computer, a printer and a fax.
Last year the house rented for $7700 a week in season, $6500 a week on both sides of the season and $5400/$4300 a week in the off-season. Premier Homes (609-368-9201) recently moved to Avalon and I lease the house during the season. I do the leasing in the off-season and can be a bit flexible. But you can stop by Premier Homes if you are in Stone Harbor and just ask to see the property and they would be pleased to give you a key. Please knock before you come in. I might be there. I have rented this property in Stone Harbor for many years and find it the perfect home away from home at the beach. The location is excellent, sitting right on the beach and a few short blocks from town. The house lacks absolutely nothing as far as ammenities and is always clean and well maintained. A fully stocked kitchen, many TV's and enough space to relax in very comfortable surroundings. The view of the ocean is also spectacular. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for the best house to rent in Stone Harbor, New Jersey.

We have been renting this property for 6 years now and it is a great vacation house! The location is fantastic, right on the beach with breathtaking views from the deck of the ocean-- and even some dolphin sightings! Being steps from the beach allows you the freedom to go back and forth from the house to the beach all day long which is very convenient, especially if you have small children. It is also only a couple of blocks from town, where you'll find shopping, movies, miniature golf, and restaurants. And it's just a short walk to Springer's for that after dinner ice cream fix! The house is very roomy, and much larger than it appears in the photos. We vacation with three families and we never feel the least bit crowded. There are 3 different living spaces, plus a huge loft area which is a great hang out space for the kids. The large island counter in the kitchen allows all of us to easily gather for meals. Even the ocean views from inside the house are spectacular! The house is clean and well maintained, and has many amenities as noted in the description. It even has multiple beach bikes so there is no need to lug your own. The owners are fantastic - they call every week to make sure we are enjoying our stay and to see if we need anything. We love vacationing here, and we will continue to rent this property for many years to come.

This is a beautiful home with spectacular views and great accommodations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to vacation with our family. Everything you need is already provided, sheets, towels, cooking supplies. Only 4 blocks to shopping in town, basketball courts and tennis courts, and a short drive to Wildwoods boardwalk! Can not overstate the value of being able to step out the doors and onto the beach! Gorgeous place, we'll be back!
