Beautifully appointed and spacious two bedroom, two bath, first floor condo located within the Barefoot Resort. This condo had a great view of the 13th fairway on the Greg Norman Course as well as a small lake running behind the villas. The Barefoot Resort offers the best of all worlds with regard to its beauty and amenities. It boasts four championship golf courses and a driving range for the golf enthusiast, nearby Atlantic Ocean for beach lovers, and you are within steps of the Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy great shopping, exciting restaurants, the Alabama Theatre, and the largest House of Blues in the United States.
There are approximately 100 additional golf courses, Broadway at The Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, two outlet malls, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the Freestyle Music Park (New) within a few driving minutes of the Resort. Children may enjoy a visit to the Alligator Adventure on the corner of US Highway 17 and the entrance to the Barefoot Resort.
This well maintained condo offers a “swing king” size bed in the master bedroom … can be used as a king size or two twin beds. (Please note your preference during the registration process). The master bedroom has a full private bath and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, and the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. There is a second full bath in the hall between the guest bedroom and the living/dining area. This unit is handicap accessible and is a non-smoking environment.
Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Bistro table and chairs on the screened porch, (3) cable TV’s, DVD player, wireless internet, unlimited local phone calling, private community pool, volley ball and basketball court, tennis court, bike paths, and much more. In addition to previously mentioned features, our posted rental rates include all taxes (12%) and departure cleaning fee. Bed sheets/blankets, 12 towels, 12 wash cloths, 12 hand towels, 6 beach towels, kitchen towels, kitchen and bathroom rugs, 2 hair dryers, hand and bath soap, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, dish soap, and counter cleaner are furnished for your comfort and convenience. Free shuttle service (seasonal) is available to the beach .... there is a schedule in the condo for the convenience of our guests. We also provide a few necessary items such as coffee/sugar artificial sweetener/powdered cream, dish washer soap and laundry soap in a welcome basket to help you begin enjoying your vacation immediately.
There are no keys to bother with when you arrive. The door combination will be provided after the reservation process is complete and well in advance of your arrival. We accept personal or certified checks, or MasterCard and Visa through Pay Pal. No motorcycles, motor homes, or trailers of any kind are permitted on the premises. Ask us about a repeat guest and referral discount! Security deposit will be mailed within two days following check-out.

The community of Ironwood is very quiet, and our condo has a great view of the 13th fairway on the Greg Norman Course as well as the small lake that runs behind several of the villas. Ourdoor grills/picnic tables, swimming pool, basketball and volley ball court, and tennis court are all great added features offered at the Ironwood Community.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Peace and quiet, great entertainment and restaurants nearby, and the wonderful blue skies of South Carolina. For those who love golf, there are four championship golf courses within the Barefoot Resort plus a driving range to sharpen your skills. It is an added benefit to be able to visit my mother and father who live within two miles of the Ironwood Community.

My daughter and I live in Hamilton, Ohio. She attends school and I am a production manager at the Miller Brewing Company. I have been coming to Myrtle Beach since I was a youngster, and owning property here has always been a dream. As owners, our desire is to share our wonderful condo with all who appreciate the comforts of home, the variety of great things to do in this area, and the peace and quiet offered at the Barefoot Resort.
