Accommodations: Beach House - 5 Bedrooms - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 11)

Front view of House - Outer Banks/Hatteras Island/Waves, NC - North Carolina Vacation Rental WOW!!! Look at that view and with all these windows and decks you can really get an eye full... That is the first thing I said the first time we walked through Waves of Paradise. I remember it so well...from the very first time we saw this house I just knew it was for us... I started making plans for changes adding my own personal touches right then, and we had not even made an offer on it... we hope you will be equally as impressed as we were when you stay there for the first time and hopefully you will come back again and again. One of the first things I did was to add a few things to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I added some amenities... 7 TVs, 6 VCRs, an assortment of videos, books, and games, new beds, There is also a loft for another seating area, with a beautiful view of the sunsets on the sound. There is a great room that includes a living room, dining room, and well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are set up as follows: one with king,two with queen, PLUS one with both a queen and a single all on lower level,& one with queen on upper level.There is also a HOT TUB on the deck,these changes got us through the first rental season THE NEXT SEASON WE ADDED A PRIVATE POOL(15'X 33')...A GAME ROOM WITH A FOOZE BALL TABLE,FRIDGE & TV,A DVD PLAYER IN THE GREAT ROOM ,WE'VE INSTALLED NEW CARPET & CERAMIC TILE THROUGHT THE ENTIRE HOUSE,WIDENED THE DRIVEWAY..& TO MAKE GETTING TO THE OCEAN ACCESS EASIER A GOLF CART.(but the golf cart is only for licienced adult drivers & only to be used within the " ST.Waves Subdivision " and at you own risk & there is a $50.00 refundable key deposit for the cart)ALL OF THESE AMENITIES ARE FOR OUR GUEST DURING THEIR STAY AT "WAVES of PARIDISE" NEW THIS YEAR HIGH SPEED INTERNET.... The ocean,comminity pool, and tennis courts are all are easily accessable without having to leave the subdivision,& without having to cross the highway... all are great on-site things to do,(EVEN EASIER TO GET TO NOW WITH THE GOLF CART)...From the decks & from the living room you can sit back & watch kiteboarders & wind surfers,on the soumd,it's really quite a view.There is a private lake in the subdivision & we often see ducks & geese there in the evening.If you want to drive on the beach you will need a 4 wheel drive and you will have to drive to a public on ramp ( approx. 5 or 6 miles to the first one). While visiting Hatteras Island there are lots of things to see and do. You can see the Hatteras Light House and go four wheeling on the Cape year round, take a ferry ride to Ocracoke Island, or head off into the other direction towards Roanoke Island to see the outdoor drama - "The Lost Colony," the Aquarium, and the Christmas Shop... or, head towards Kitty Hawk to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and Museum, climb the dunes at Jocky's Ridge, and at Oregon Inlet you can charter a day of deep-sea fishing - North Carolina coastal waters are famous for blue marlin, king macural, and tuna,or just stop by in the early evening as the fishing boats come in see the day's catch. Sounds like fun there for everyone, does it not??? So what are you waiting for? Pack up the family and head for the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina and WAVES OF PARADISE...SORRY NO PETS
