  We loved staying in this cozy cottage. We were on the lanai every day to watch the whales breaching & spouting and every evening to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. The owners are re-furbishing an old house next door which will be beautiful when finished. They and the manager Amber, were very friendly & helpful. The cottage is fully equipped with all appliances, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. Photos are accurate & the place was very clean. The beach is just across the lawn & we were within easy walking distance to shopping & 10 minutes to the Kihei boat launch if you dive. Relaxing & romantic...we'll be back for sure! Local restaurants: Chez Meme, Coconuts, Cafe Ole, Fabiano's Italian. If you dive, call Mike Severn's...they're awesome!

  My husband and I spent 3 weeks at this lovely cottage that is about a pitching wedge away from the beach; it is exactly as advertised. It is centrally located to everything and on a quiet residential side street. The area is safe, within walking distance to grocery stores, Longs Drugs, Post Office, restaurants. The peacefullness and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. We were entertained by breeching whales and crowing roosters, saw beautiful sunsets. Perspective renters may want to know that the VFW, which is about 4 houses away, rents their space to the public. Two Saturday evenings there was outdoor live music which we found to be quite good; and with respect to the neighborhood, the music was stopped for the evening around 9:00pm. Amber, the property manager, was responsive to our questions/concerns, and very easy to work with. A recommendation to the owners would be to upgrade the bed pillows and pillow top mattress cover as well as the bath towels. We would rent this property again on a longer term basis.

  This delightful aerie cottage with a view of the water and charming outside deck, is exceptional. Extremely private and visually beautiful, every inch of space has been accounted for and although compact (great size for 2 people) it is perfectly designed for maximum comfort and liveability. Full kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay easy and hassle-free. Location is exceptionally convenient to walking to restaurants/cafes for meals and to local Starbucks. A well-maintained lawn and path guide you right to a gorgeous Maui walking beach that goes for miles up island. It is a gem of a spot.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  This cottage is a wonderful place located near many beautiful beaches and great eateries, and yet very quiet. It is immaculate, well-supplied and well-maintained. Our only disappointment was that the beach in front of the cottage is covered with smelly seaweed, and the ocean is very shallow, but it's just a short drive to uncrowded, gorgeous beach. We had a GREAT vacation, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

  We loved the central location on a quiet side street, the uncrowded beach, the ocean views and bird chorus, the plumeria smells in the yard, the comfy king-sized bed, the BBQ grill and the handy little cooler, the beach chairs, and the large lanai. The cottage was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for a great Maui vacation!

  This cottage offered just the vacation retreat I needed. A lovely location, just steps away from the beach and with glorious sunset views from the second floor lanai. A well-furnished kitchen allowed me the choice of cooking my meals in house or eating out in one of the many nearby restaurants. (There are two grocery stores in the immediate vicinity). Many local amenities and restaurants are just within blocks. The cottage is clean and well-maintained, with a nice washer/dryer, king-size bed, and comfortable living space. The couple who own the cottage live next door and are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting a great Hawaiian getaway.

  Celebrating our 65th anniversary at your lovely home has been an experience we shall remember forever. The comfort, the outlook, the conveniences, the fresh breze, the over all atmosphere - we could go on and on. We have been most fortunate.
