The parking pass(s) will be in the unit, upon arrival. 2011 Renovations, include ceramic tile floor and two 32" flat screen TV's mounted, in the bedrooms. Why the Owner Chose Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
The view and location! We never tire of watching the waves or hearing them crash against the shore. Miles and miles of beach to walk, people watching, searching for unique shells or just kicking back, relaxing in a lush, tropical environment. There is something for everyone, from world class fishing, boating, championship golf and unique shops, filled with treasures. We love the Peninsula Golf Course.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is, further than most condo complexes, from the main street, free of street noise.
It is NOT located next to the noisy elevator or bright lights!! There are a variety of restaurants in the area, some within walking distance. The freshest seafood, BBQ'd ribs, steaks, martini bars, all reasonably priced. Seaside Beach & Racquet is directly across the street, from Adventure Island. Late afternoons watch the dolphins swim from west to easy. Our favorite restaurants are Big Fish & Harbour Grill and Cobalt. Let us know yours!

We love visiting Orange Beach. It has been a blessing owning real estate in such a beautiful location, especially during the harsh Midwest winters. The first time we vacationed in Orange Beach and discovered the gorgeous, white sandy beaches, we knew this was paradise. A well kept secret, without the hectic pace or crowds.

This condo is perfect! The condo was exceptionally clean. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. The owners made sure everything was just perfect for our vacation. They worked with us on a very personal basis. The appliances and furniture were definitely top of the line. My whole family enjoyed their vacation. We'll most certainly come back!

We're so pleased with the owners and with this property. Everything went very smoothly. They owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The unit had been remodeled and was in excellent condition. Was also very clean. Beautiful view! We've already booked again for next year!

Vicki's condo is perfect! Gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. Everything was well stocked. The beds were so comfortable we wanted to take them with us :) The appliances and furniture were definitely top of the line. We couldn't have asked for a better rental for our week at the beach. We'll most certainly come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Beach and Racquet club. The condo was very clean and the amenities were great. The only problem was that the dishwasher was broken, however, the owner compensated us for that. Washing dishes at the beach is not so bad. I would and have recommended this property to family and friends. I hope to stay there again in the near future.

I got married over on the bay in Gulf Shores & needed a close location for everyone to stay - we found Seaside & it was wonderful for families & the single people too - everyone loved it! We had a wonderful time. Everything was well kept & very nice! We will be back in the future! Perfect place & affordable too. Plus, everyone that went through VRBO was more pleased than people who booked through management agencies!

This condo was a great find. My husband and I went over Easter weekend with our 2 college age daughters. We were limited to our availability and Vicki went above and beyond to be sure we could get in on those dates. Working through VRBO and the email system was so convenient and efficient. The photos, descriptions and location were exactly as listed. The beach front view was very nice with a large balcony off the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and furnishings very accommodating. We will stay again when time permits!

We made it home safe. We had such a wonderful week. Your condo and the building was more than we could ask for. The bed was awesome! The view was great! We saw dophins several times! Having a few of the basic essentials stocked in the kitchen was wonderful! I loved the keyless entry. No trying to find the key when we came back from the beach! The building was well maintained as well as the grounds. I could go on! We will be traveling next year again. Depending on where our group of friends head, we would certainly recommend Seaside and we would certainly rent your condo again. Thank you so much!

The condo completely lived up to the description on the web site. The amenities were plentiful, the unit was clean and well-maintained. We were extremely comfortable and had no complaints. The elevator was quick (not true in many of the condos) and the view was marvelous. The owner responded rapidly to emails and was gracious in allowing a later check-out time. It was our first time using VRBO and we are most pleased. We would be delighted to stay again.

I can't believe what a I find this place is! As much as I want to keep it a secret so it is always available when I would like to come, I feel the need to share it with others. Who said there was an oil spill in the gulf this summer? I don't see ANY evidence of it. The beach is like walking on white flour!! This is the BEST time of year to come! The tempurature of the water is perfect. The condo is all new and modern and SO WELL maintained. Plush towles, great ammentities in the ktichen. You can really cook here. I will be back again and again. (Hopefully no one spoils it for the rest of - treat this place well so we can all enjoy it for years to come!)

We recently stayed at this condo and had an outstanding stay. The owners were terrific about details and extremely accomodating in every way, handling any questions or requests in a timely fashion. The condo has recently been redecorated, beds were comfortable, the view was great, and the location was perfect. Thanks to the Samples for handling our stay with such great care. We will definitely stay again and I reccommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay at extremely reasonable rates.
