- Smoking Not Allowed: Please refrain from smoking on the balcony, as well. Last season, cigarettes were extinguished on the balcony floor, not a pretty sight for following guests.

Year Purchased: 2008
We currently reside in a suburb of Chicago, however, visit Orange Beach frequently, to enjoy our investment. It has been a blessing owning real estate in such a beautiful location, especially during the harsh Midwest winters. The first time we vacationed in Orange Beach and discovered the gorgeous, white sandy beaches, we knew this was paradise. A well kept secret, without the hectic pace or crowds.

The view and location! We never tire of watching the waves or hearing them crash against the shore. Miles and miles of beach to walk, people watching, searching for unique shells or just kicking back, relaxing in a lush, tropical environment. There is something for everyone, from world class fishing, boating, championship golf and unique shops, filled with treasures.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The condominium is NOT located next to a noisy elevator!! Also,there are a variety of restaurants in this area; the freshest seafood, BBQ'd ribs, steaks, martini bars, all reasonably priced. Grocery stores located within a mile of the condo. Directly across the street is Adventure Island and next to that is Jake's Restaurant. Late afternoons watch the dolphins swim from west to east. A sight sure to please, from the eight floor balcony.
