Our property is located on a bluff overlooking the Rocky Mountains to the east and the Purcell mountains to the west. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped and taken very good care of. It is in a very quite location, especially in the winter time. Ceilings are very high with large windows and a ton of natural light.

My wife and I bought this condo for our retirement, as we love the area. We ski, golf, and hike a lot, and we love the restaurants in the area. This was the perfect place.
Why the Owner Chose Radium Hot Springs
Because we ski, golf, and hike alot. There is also white water rafting and canoing on the Columbia River. There is a lake a 15 minute drive away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There is a pool and hot tub. We have a nice wood burning fireplace. There is 2400 sq. ft. of room, and a large deck with a western view for lots of sun and a view of the mountains. All the ammeneties are here, from appliances to wine opener!

My family of 6 stayed at this condo and it had more than enough room. When we first arrived we couldn't believe it was better than the pictures which were excellent. The views were so good that we never closed the blinds, even at night because of the lights that the owners put on the rails (christmas time). Very clean and organized that you don't need to pack extras like games (pool table also),movies and towels. I we highly recommend this condo to stay at, it was a home away from home with class. Also Wayne the owner was a dream to work with considering we had never rented like this before he was very good at answering our concerns.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
