Beautiful rustic home right on the beach within view of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. One of Michigan's best sugar sand beaches which is right in the protected national lakeshore park. House also has over 100 feet of frontage on South Bar Lake to the back and there is boat launches nearby for both lakes. House has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6-8, including converter in the living room.
House is clean and neat and provides all basic furnishings, including cable TV and broadband internet. Village of empire is short walk and tennis, basketball and public playground and park is not far away. Area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and golf which enjoys some of the best courses in northern Michigan just 15-20 minutes drive. Sunrise and sunset views are superb. House is accessed on a private road and area is extremely well maintained. Perfect for family also with kids and pets.
