Indoor Description: Nestled on one of the prettiest streets in Central Beach, this professionally decorated and furnished 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath home is a true gem. It is within walking distance to not only Vero’s finest dining and shopping, but to a beautiful, guarded beach . If you don’t feel like walking, take the golf cart included with the home.
The home features a remodeled chef’s kitchen with all new appliances and a built in marble dining table that seats eight in the formal dining room. You will find travertine flooring throughout the entire home. It boasts two living areas both with flat screen high definition televisions and DVD players with wireless internet and free phone usage. One living area has a card table and a Wii. Both bedrooms with king beds have HDTV as well.
Outdoor Description: As beautiful as the interior is, the showcase of the home in this newly built resort-style pool and patio. It includes seating for thirteen people and a retractable awning over the outdoor dining table. The free form heated pool includes an infinity edge, a large hot tub, and in-pool bar stools. Enjoy the music on your ipod through the outdoor speakers while you lounge poolside. In addition there is an outdoor shower. Some have said it is the most beautiful pool in Vero Beach!
The backyard also includes a built-in Barbeque grill with a single burner and an outdoor refrigerator. The exterior of the home has beautifully designed landscaping and lighting that only adds to the sophistication of this gorgeous but cozy home.
Area Information: Vero Beach is a city in Indian River County, Florida, USA. According to the U.S. Census Bureau's 2006 estimates, the city had a population of 16,939. It is the county seat of Indian River County. Vero Beach is a Principal City of the Sebastian-Vero Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area, which is home to 130,100 people.
Vero Beach may be best known as the location of Dodgertown, where the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team held their spring training camp from 1948 until 2008. The stadium was also the home to the minor league Vero Beach Devil Rays; however, in August 2008 the franchise was sold to the Ripken Baseball Group and will not return to Vero Beach for the 2009 season.

Vero Beach is known for its outstanding beaches. Part of Florida's Treasure Coast, the beaches combine excellent sand quality with significant surf and tidal action. Other public beaches include Humiston Park, in Vero's Central Beach Business District, and Jaycee Park and the adjacent boardwalk extending southward approximately 2/3 of a mile along Ocean Drive. Vero Beach also has numerous other public access trails and walkways permitting beach access.
Water Recreation in the Indian River Lagoon: The Indian River Lagoon, passing through Vero Beach, forms a significant portion of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is a hub for boating, fishing, water skiing, and other small-craft waterborne activities. Sheltered from the open ocean, the Indian River area of Vero has a number of public and private marinas and boat launch facilities.
