Your lovely Cottage was referred to us by my friends here in NY who stayed earlier in the year. Being so far away and sight unseen, we were concerned so we were grateful for the referral We also have 2 french bulldogs which were welcomed. They were safe in the house and the back yard is fenced. Our daughter is 4 and loved it. The place was perfect and looked just like the pictures. The Grieco's explained the location and how close it was to the beach.....and it really is a minutes walk to the sand. Everything was as expected. My wife is a neat freak and we found the amenities to be very, very acceptable. We have already booked it for next year and this time we will stay for 2 weeks....cant wait. Thank you Shirley!

We live in Tampa and I want a place to take the kids to the beach for a quick mid-week get away. This was perfect. I had a comfy house and the kids had the beach to play. We walk for pizza right up the street. It was excellent...but I cant remember the name. Plus ice cream was not far. The location is perfect...very quiet. Thank you Shirley. We'll be back!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was awesome and this house was just what we were looking for. It was very clean, neat and was so close to the beach that we walked there several times a day! We will definitely return.

We had such a great time. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. But, they are several restaurants that were in walking distance. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant thats a block away.The kids especially enjoyed the Ice Cream place. We walked to the beach every day. We were worried it would be too far for the kids and all our stuff.........but it took maybe a minute or 2. It's sure beats the condo we stayed in last year..... lugging stuff up and down the elevator. Everything the owners told us about the house and its location was exact. Thanks Shirley and Corbyn! We'll be back next year.

Labor Day Weekend

My family and I stayed here on Labor Day weekend. This was one of the cleanest VBRO houses we have stayed in. The house is well stocked with the basics and decorated in tasteful beach decor. The two beds are very comfortable. It is located near everything and you can walk across the street to the beach which is one of the less busy and prettier beaches in the Clearwater area. You are minutes from Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and all the other lovely towns in that area. There are a lot of things you can do in this area of FL or you can just relax and soak up the sun. I'm from FL, but always enjoy visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area because of the beauty of the Gulf Coast and all the fun that awaits there.

Great stay in IRB

We stayed at the Blue Cottage for 3 weeks with 2 young children. The owners were very helpful with information and local recommendations. The cottage is a bit old but is greatly located near the 12th Avenue public beach access and close to local restaurants (Crabby Bills, Guppy's, Keegan's) and the bridges to mainland. Spacious bedrooms with new mattresses, very nice living room with new flat screen TV, plenty of towels, linen, silverware... pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable time there.

I highly recommend this adorable beach house. I flew out from Canada to preview houses, as my wife and I be staying for 6 weeks. This was by far the best location, cleanest and affordable. Shirley and Corbyn were very accomadating. The house is full stocked with everything we needed. Hangng out in the back lanai in the evening was a comfort. We usually pick different areas and homes each year. My wife has said ahe would like to book this one again. Highly recommend.

Your beach cottage is so cute. You did a great job decorating and was very clean comfortabe. We drove all the way from Pennsylvania. and we were a little concerned as we were going to a place sight unseen...but it was just as you explained. Plus, it really was right across the street from the beach. What we liked best is that it was so quiet and we could walk to local restaurants. Hope to see you next year!
