We planned a week vacation in Orlano for the family. There were 7 of us from ages 3 to 60. The villa was clean and well maintianed and offered plenty of room for the entire family. After a day at the theme parks it was great to come home and use the pool. The proximaty to the shopping and enternaiment was real advantge so we could more time vacationing then manouver thru rush hour traffic. The management company were excellent in their handling our inquiries.

Well maintained & fully furnished to acommodate our group of 8 adults easily. It's nice & spacey! The community seems very secure & quiet. Karen was very helpful & pleasant. We love the location - easy to get to and great having the 24 hr Wal-Mart 2 mins away. Highly recommend this home. Definitely will rent this home when we go to Orlando again. The owners are very nice to talk to as well. You will not be disappointed in renting this great home!

Perfect holiday villa for family and kids

We stayed with a group of 11 persons (including 3 kids) and the villa was really perfect. We even didn't use all the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and there is more then enough space for large groups. The villa is maintained very well and is in marvelous condition. Everything you need in a house is present and and the kitchen is fully equiped. We can certainly recommend this villa. Anand & family - Holland Europe

Christmas Memories 2009

From Dave & Rachel of Alberta Canada and snowbirds of Sun City Arizona. We found this home clean and as it appears on the web page information. The property managers assigned to the home were very helpful and answered our questions quickly We appreciated that there was a 24 hr Walmart, Super Target and Sam's Club nearby on highway 192. The location was great for our purposes as we were in the area for a family wedding. We arrived on the 23rd and we were shopping at 9:00 pm at Walmart for groceries to prepare for Christmas dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The grand children enjoyed the pool even though it was on the cool side for Florida. The floor plan with the open family room and tile floor meant the noise travelled to the upper level. This was a challenge for different sleeping patterns. We also wish the key could be available in a lock box rather than having to go 14 miles from home. We would recommend this home away from home to our friends. We found the owners very gracious to work with and responded to our inquiries quickly. Thank you to the owners for sharing this home.

A wonderful vacation!

For the annual men's golf trip this year ( November 7-14/09) we rented Doron and Ofra's home in Lake Berkely Resort. As a group of eight adult golfers we were looking for a large space with the comforts of home! From the very start the owners made the process of renting and arranging easy, simple and very comfortable. All questions were responded too quickly. Lake Berkely Resort is a secluded upscale community nestled behind security gates and very quiet and private while only being a mile from a Super Walmart and Hwy 192. On arriving in Lake Berkley we found the house to be beyond our expectations. Seven beautiful bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths complete with linens, towels and anything you might have at home. The home was spotless on arrival and check-in was easy. There is a large screen TV in the family area which was constantly on the Golf Channel. The kitchen was large and equipped with enough of everything to make even Martha Stewart happy. A great feature for this group of golfers was the pool and pool deck area. Very expansive with great comfortable furniture many hours were spent outdoors re-telling the daily golf stories. We plan to rent this home again when we next travel to Orlando and would highly recomend this home to anyone in search of a hone away from home! Paul Nelson Orangeville, Ontario

We would like to thank you for the wonderful week we had at your villa. It was our first time renting a villa and it was a wonderful experience. We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable accommodation. The house is very cozy and has all the required facilities that you need on a vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds. Swimming at the pool and barbequing on your large deck was great especially after a day at the parks. It is a great place for families with young kids and teenagers. The location of the villa is superb!!! Close to all the attractions, shopping and restaurants and the resort has many amenities for kids and adults. We would definitely want to stay again in your villa in the future; we could not ask for a better place. Regards

Our vacation in this villa was totally awesome. We've enjoyed a few vacations in Florida before staying in hotels and other resorts, but, this villa topped them all. We especially loved the privacy and 24hr. security in the beautiful Lake Berkley resort. If you're looking for comfort w/all the amenities in a great villa, look no further, you just found it. Great location w/all Disney parks and shopping just minutes away. We will definitley refer you to all of our friends and extended family and would very much enjoy returning again to your villa for all of our future Orlando vacations. Thanks, for making our vacation the best one yet!

Great home for large group

Very nice, clean home with plenty of room and excellent pool area. Only concern was that management company needs to communicate better with the owner concerning what was agreed to. Excellent value, convenient location, large flat screen TV, nice place for young children. Would recommend to any large group staying in the Orlando area.

Owner response:The reference to better communication with the management company is a valuable tip to all guests. Make sure that you record the particular of your conversation with the management company i.e. the person you spoke to, the date and time. Often these particulars will help trace any misunderstandings. In this particular case the guest requested a late check out at the last minute but was told by the management company that there was a back to back booking and they needed the full day to clean up the place and prepare it for the next guests. The guest claimed that they received approval from the management company but there was no record of the approval. They checked out late anyway and as a result the cleaning staff had to scramble to prepare the property for the next party. Guests expect and deserve to find the place clean and ready for them ON TIME. That is why our well known and qualified management company insist on vacating the property on time especially when there is a back to back booking.
