  Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to our family. We had 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect for us. As the day we left was cool I contacted owner to see if he would make sure pool heater was on so that pool would be warm for us when we arrived and he was more than accomodating. He also let us rent from Tuesday to Tuesday as that worked better for us. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. When we were not at one of the parks we were in pool or relaxing around it and barbecuing. Parks and shopping were easily accessible and the whole resort was just beautiful to walk around. The owner also was easy to reach and answered all my emails with questions I had before we came. He gave me great directions and a lot of information regarding the resort and area around it. The photos in the listing are exactly what you get. We would definately do it again as a family and I have already suggested to my friends. The property management people were always accessible also if you had any questions. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. I am so happy we were able to get my whole family together to do this wonderful vacation. It can be difficult to get 3 families together at same time for a week but we will certainly make it happen again. Even though I have not met the owner personally, I have talked with him and emailed so many times I feel like I know him as a friend.

  We had a great stay at this Villa. The 7 BR villa is as advertised. We had 8 golfers and the space was great. I would highly recommend.

  This is a great home away from home!! My family and I (8 adults, and 1 teenager) stayed at this fantastic Villa during Christmas this year, and loved it! The house had everything you need, and more than enough room for everyone. After a long day at the parks, the pool was very nice to relax and have a little fun! The location was great for access to the parks, and all kinds of shopping! Including the 24hr Wal-Mart virtually around the corner. The owners were a delight to deal with, and the management company was excellent, and very accomidating. I would definetly rent this house again, and would recommend this house to anyone looking for an amazing disney vacation!!

  The villa was fantastic ! We really loved to come back "home" after a long day at the theme parks and enjoying the warm heated pool, BBQ and games room. The location was perfect! close proximitiy to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants and malls The owner was very helpfull and gave us lots of usefull information on the area and the surrounding amenities. We will definitely come back again for our Disney Vacation.

  Thank you for renting your home to us for our family vacation. We had a mini family reunion and it was absolutely amazing! The home was big enough for us to have space, but yet still felt like home. We each had our own space if we wanted. The kids loved the pool and it was clean and warm and so enjoyable! Even the adults had fun swimming! The location of your home was perfect for our day trips to Disney and Universal. We even took a day and drove to the ocean. Thank you for calling us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We loved it and hope to come back again soon!

  We planned a week vacation in Orlano for the family. There were 7 of us from ages 3 to 60. The villa was clean and well maintianed and offered plenty of room for the entire family. After a day at the theme parks it was great to come home and use the pool. The proximaty to the shopping and enternaiment was real advantge so we could more time vacationing then manouver thru rush hour traffic. The management company were excellent in their handling our inquiries.

  Well maintained & fully furnished to acommodate our group of 8 adults easily. It's nice & spacey! The community seems very secure & quiet. Karen was very helpful & pleasant. We love the location - easy to get to and great having the 24 hr Wal-Mart 2 mins away. Highly recommend this home. Definitely will rent this home when we go to Orlando again. The owners are very nice to talk to as well. You will not be disappointed in renting this great home!

  We stayed with a group of 11 persons (including 3 kids) and the villa was really perfect. We even didn't use all the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and there is more then enough space for large groups. The villa is maintained very well and is in marvelous condition. Everything you need in a house is present and and the kitchen is fully equiped. We can certainly recommend this villa. Anand & family - Holland Europe

  From Dave & Rachel of Alberta Canada and snowbirds of Sun City Arizona. We found this home clean and as it appears on the web page information. The property managers assigned to the home were very helpful and answered our questions quickly We appreciated that there was a 24 hr Walmart, Super Target and Sam's Club nearby on highway 192. The location was great for our purposes as we were in the area for a family wedding. We arrived on the 23rd and we were shopping at 9:00 pm at Walmart for groceries to prepare for Christmas dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The grand children enjoyed the pool even though it was on the cool side for Florida. The floor plan with the open family room and tile floor meant the noise travelled to the upper level. This was a challenge for different sleeping patterns. We also wish the key could be available in a lock box rather than having to go 14 miles from home. We would recommend this home away from home to our friends. We found the owners very gracious to work with and responded to our inquiries quickly. Thank you to the owners for sharing this home.

  For the annual men's golf trip this year ( November 7-14/09) we rented Doron and Ofra's home in Lake Berkely Resort. As a group of eight adult golfers we were looking for a large space with the comforts of home! From the very start the owners made the process of renting and arranging easy, simple and very comfortable. All questions were responded too quickly. Lake Berkely Resort is a secluded upscale community nestled behind security gates and very quiet and private while only being a mile from a Super Walmart and Hwy 192. On arriving in Lake Berkley we found the house to be beyond our expectations. Seven beautiful bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths complete with linens, towels and anything you might have at home. The home was spotless on arrival and check-in was easy. There is a large screen TV in the family area which was constantly on the Golf Channel. The kitchen was large and equipped with enough of everything to make even Martha Stewart happy. A great feature for this group of golfers was the pool and pool deck area. Very expansive with great comfortable furniture many hours were spent outdoors re-telling the daily golf stories. We plan to rent this home again when we next travel to Orlando and would highly recomend this home to anyone in search of a hone away from home! Paul Nelson Orangeville, Ontario
