Private neighborhood boat landing allows you to bring your own boat, canoe or jet skis. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee in a rocking chair on the wraparound porch. Relax on the sandy beach or bring your boat/jet ski and enjoy a day of tubing, waterskiing or wakeboarding. Swim in the large cove safe from water traffic or fish right off the dock. Roast marshmallows and tell ghost stories by the fire pit or enjoy a movie on the Sony 32" LCD TV.
This spacious 2800 sq foot home has ample room for your family. The master has a king and private bath with claw foot tub and separate shower. The main floor has 2 additional bedrooms that each have a queen and bed that share a full bath.There is no closet in 1 of the rooms. A second floor rec room with game table (combo ping pong, pool, air hockey) and additional TV with movie library, is a great hangout for the kids. A 4th large bedroom has 2 set of bunks and shares a Jack and Jill bath with the 5th large guest room with 2 full beds.
Area marinas offer boat and jet ski rental.
Boat tie downs available, lifts are not available for tenant use. Water depth at end of dock is 6-7 feet.
