This large 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is conveniently located on the 10th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course and just steps away from the clubhouse and grill. Other Palmetto Dunes golf courses include Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills plus dozens of courses both on and off the island. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center includes 25 courts including clay and eight lighted courts for night play.
Our Villa comfortably sleeps six to eight. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king-size bed with master bath; the second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom. We have two twin size roll-a-way beds that can be moved to any bedroom. There are televisions in each room with a DVR/DVD in the living room. Wireless internet is available at no additional cost.
The deck off the living room contains outdoor furniture, a gas grill and overlooks the 10th fairway and 18th green. A locking outdoor storage area is available for your golf clubs, bicycles and beach supplies.
Our Villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Turnberry Villas includes a private swimming pool for guests and a children's playground. The beach is a short walk or bike ride to the private access located at the Disney Beach Club. Complimentary parking is also available.
Palmetto Dunes Plantation is located in the middle of HHI where guests can enjoy shopping, fine dining, entertainment, site-seeing tours, swimming, boating, tennis, golf, beaches and deep sea fishing. HHI has a semi-tropical climate and is perfect for year-round vacations. It has a unique 11 mile canal system that you can explore. Boat rentals are available in Palmetto Dunes.

Our family stayed in this Villa the week before the 4th of July. We were more than pleased. The Villa had everything we needed and more. We were able to vacation with another family and it was pefect. The rooms were spacious and very accommodating. We felt like this was a home away from our home. The owners sent an email upon arrival to assure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely revisit Hilton Head because of this experience.

We've just returned from the best 3-month winter vacation we've had since coming to Hilton Head for over 15 years!! Although, this past winter was a little cooler than normal, we immensely enjoyed our stay because of the outstanding accomodations at this villa. First and foremost, the owners are gracious, caring and professional. The villa is very clean with beautiful furnishings. The floor plan allows the beauty of the morning sunlight and comfortable shade on the deck in the evening. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch (most days) on the deck and dinner one evening late February. We often watched (sometimes with shared frustration) golfers teeing off the 10th tee outside our window during the day.The owners thought of everything...from corkscrew to trail bikes! We entertained on three occasions during our stay and all of our guests were quite impressed with our "home". I could go on....but I'm sure you get the idea! Fabulous!!!

We have just returned from a week at this villa for Spring Break. Everything was great. It was perfect for the 6 of us! The girls stayed in the queen bedroom on the main floor, the boys upstairs in the twin bedrom and my husband and I were in the king bedroom. The king bed was SOOOOOOO comfortable! Each room had our own bathroom which was a HUGE plus with 4 teenagers! The view from the deck was spectacular!! We rented bikes from the company the owner suggested at a incredible price and biked all over the island. The boys rented kayaks and naviagted the lagoon, while the girls shopped at the 2 Tanger Outlets. BIG SCORE!! The beach was just a short distance away and we took full advantage of the beautiful days at the beach, played some tennis on the nearby courts and went to the pool. We explored the island and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The villa was very comfortable. We grilled out a couple of nights on the grill on the back deck. We had a great vacation and are hoping to come back again next year.

Our family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head at this condo. It is spacious and very clean. The pool is fantastic and the playground is wonderful for smaller children. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck during the late afternoon and feeling completely relaxed and away from the rest of the world.

We stayed at this beautiful condo along with 3 other couples and their families who had other units rented in Turnberry. This unit (#274) was easily the cream of the crop. It's recently updated, very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and very nice eating area and living room. It's only a short distance to the beach (our kids often walked or rode bikes) and also close to grocery and restaurants. There is also a very nice pool centrally located in the complex if the beach isn't your thing. The owners were very accomodating and helpful. We highly recommend this area and unit and will try to stay there again for our next HHI vacation.

We enjoyed our week in Palmetto Dunes, staying in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and well-maintained, and had ample room for our family of four as well as three guests who stayed part of the week with us. It is a great location, a short drive to the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. It's very quiet, with a beautiful view of the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked our stay and went for Spring Break in April 2010. The owners are VERY easy to work with, and made the rental process truly enjoyable. The condo is GREAT! Very spacious, and in a great location on the property. Our children enjoyed the back deck and having their own room to sleep in. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for an awesome experience in Hilton Head!

This place has 3 good size bedrooms which are very nicely furnished. Each bedroom has its own bath and the entire unit has new carpeting. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, tupperware, etc. Gas grill on the back deck and a good view of the golf course. One of the first units to actually supply sufficient soap and dishwasher detergent. Living room has nice sectional and all rooms have updated TVs. Highly recommend for families of 6-8 people. Very fair price for the unit. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach, great pool which is just a few steps away. Dinner at Alexanders is highly recommended.
