A convenient semi-private walkway to the beach is attached to this property. The community pool and kiddie park is only 50 yards away. Enjoy a warm outdoor shower after a sandy day on the beach. A garage with beach chairs and toys are avalaible for your use. Golf carts, beach bicycles, umbrellas etc. are available to rent through "Beach Butlers". Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
We fell in love with Spinnaker's Reach in 1995 while renting a house for our family to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary.Spinnakers is so family friendly with kids playing in the culdesacs,golfcarts & bicycles cruising around in the evenings. With many NC beaches eroding, we love the wide,level beach for playing beach games & walking.The area offers great restaurants,shopping & various entertainment for families.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love having a convenient private walkway to the beach.The elevator (handpainted by a local artist)is a godsend for loading groceries & luggage upon checking in & out.It's very beneficial if there is an older person in your party who may have trouble with stairs.(All children must be supervised on the elevator!)Our favorite pastime is chilling on the deck with our feet propped up on the railing sipping coffee or a glass of wine.Even though you can't actually see the sun set in the summertime,it illuminates off the brightly colored houses we overlook.It's gorgeous!!We can sit on our deck and watch our kids play in the culdesac while we enjoy our view.Our kids love the aquarium(15 min. away),playing the putt-putt courses,riding go carts,the new bowling alley,movies & meeting new friends from all over the country.We love to cook seafood.The nicest,cleanest market I've ever been to is "Captain Willis'"-you must try their homemade crabcakes!We have made such wonderful memories in our home away from home.We are happy to share it with families like yours.It's our largest investment, so please treat it with lots of TLC.We wish you plenty of sunshine,relaxation & moments to remember!
