The condo is home away from home for us. Comforfortable and homey, Sit on the patio and enjoy a good cup of coffee while overlooking the Gulf and listening to the sounds. There are 2 nice pools to swim or relax. White sandy beach to explore, Sea turtles are nesting there at this time. They will be hatching soon. Very convenient to many restaurants. Some within walking distance.A short drive to outlet malls, and other sights you might take in. Bahama Bob"s , Shrimp Basket, Original Oyster House, Lulus and Hangout are some of very popular restaurants in Gulf Shores. We were attracted to this condo because it is on a small island, We can sit on patio and watch the Gulf and stand at the kichen window and look at the lagoon.

Year Purchased: 1996
We are retired now, but still enjoy seeing our grandchildren play soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, That is why we have not left for Gulf Shores permanently. Family means a lot to us and we can't give that up. Every chance we get we run to The condo even if only a few days. We always enjoy every minute we are there.
Why the Owner Chose Las Palmas
We chose this area because, we wanted a place by the water. Gulf Shores was not as crowed as other areas by the beaches but still has a lot of things to do with the children and grandchildren. We still love Gulf Shores.

The condo had a good view of the beach from the front balcony! It was convenient (less than 1 mile) to the "T" intersection of Hwy 59, and we were only minutes away from some great places to eat. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice homey feel. There was good beach access right across the street, and the beautiful Gulf was just minutes away! Although the condo is on the 2nd floor, the stairs walk right up to the front door. The 2 pools were also nice. We enjoyed our stay, & hope to return again. We booked the condo at the last minute, Jane was great to deal with! Thanks so much!

I was very pleased with this condo. It was perfect for our summer vacation with my kids. Beautiful view without being right on the beach. It was beautifully decorated and made you feel at home. Pools were great!!!! kids loved them. Will definately stay again next year!!! I recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable place to rent for a great get away! Thanks Mrs. Jane!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, and there was a good daytime view of the ocean. It was just a short walk to the ocean across the street. Jane was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the two pools also.

It was perfect for us! Right across from the beach and Jean is very sweet lady to rent from! We will go back and rent this condo in 2012!
