You are looking for a condo on the beach, spacious, well furnished, well equiped, calm and at a reasonnable price. Don't search anymore, it's here. I know it, I spent a month here. Just looking at the photos, you have to admit that Neda, the owner, has a real decorating talent. The leather sofas, the dining set, the carpets, the quality and variety of the kitchen supplies, everything is set for a pleasant stay. Not to mention the efficiency of Neda to settle small problems. For example, the telephone sets stop suddenly. The day after someone came in and replace the telephones. You want Wi-Fi, free long distance calls, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers (a small one and a bigger one on wheels), just ask it's there. The heated pool is walking distance to the sea. You may even borrow a book from the building library. However, there's one thing the owner's association should do: replace the rotten patio doors and screens. Dear Joy, Thank you very much for your review. Due to major renovations we have done in the condo including changing the tile, bathrooms and new kitchen dust was created which we are trying very hard to eliminate and since we don't have any carpet I am sure that we will succeed in a short period of time to get rid of the dust. Dear Mrs Kos, We enjoyed our time at your condo very much. In fact it was the nicest condo we've been in here in Florida. Things that we enjoyed was the ample supply of everything! Plus the view was wonderful! We also loved the huge shower & having the washer & dryer handy. The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. We loved that it was only a few miles to shopping. We especially liked watching the sunrise, & watching the surfers during Irene's passing. And watching the pelicans & seagulls was a treat. We collected lots of pretty shells. The people at the pool were friendly & the property was well kept up. The only problem we had was the dust & our allergies.We could not find the place to put in A/C filters. We like to go to different places each year, but we have recommended your place to friends. My wife and I stayed at this property from May 8th to June 5th and found it to be everything we had hoped for and much, much more. The Condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The beach was wonderful and seemed to change daily with one day being soft silky sand and the next thousands of sea shells of every size and color spread for miles along the tide line. The water was warm and also seemed to change every day. Some days were so calm you could walk out a 100 yards and still stand on the sandy bottom and other days there would be 3 to 4 foot waves rolling and crashing onto the beach. The thing we loved best about being there at that time of the year was the seclusion of the beach. There were many times when we had the beach to ourselves for hours at a time. But if you like crowds there is a public beach just a short mile and a half walk south of there that has food and drinks and just about a mile north is Shuckers Bar and Grill that is quite lively. There is also some very fine dining nearby. Casual to elegant all within just a few minutes drive. I emailed and called the owner several times before and during our stay with various questions and she was always very accommodating. I would definitly recommend this place to any couple looking for a nice clean, relaxing get a way.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The owner of this unit has taken great care to create a relaxing, beautiful, modern condo with all the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and bedrooms are spacious with all new furniture, the master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, and the view is DYNAMITE!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
