Welcome to Sweet Summertime in Fulton Harbor the best lil' harbor house in Texas!
This unique Cape Code-esque style home is adorned with antique ship anchors and rope and was formerly an art gallery with it's own stained-glass seagull window in the front bath.
The front living room features wide plank floors, track lighting, and unique local art as well as comfy coastal furnishings that boasts relaxation and good conversation. The secondary living room has a sunken media area with a big screen TV for movie buffs. Take a step up out of the media room to the sitting and computer area. There is an eat-in area in the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate dining-room nook. We've got covered parking for one and multiple driveways for all your friends and family to safely park. The entire home has large picture windows that can be opened to enjoy the great coastal breezes. The master bedroom with it's king size bed,window unit, and master bath is the perfect retreat for any beach lover. Feel free to do your laundry using our private laundry area off the master bedroom.
All rooms in the house have bed accommodations to sleep a group of 11 comfortably. Two bedrooms has TV's and/or DVD players. We love pets, too! There is a private backyard and deck area adorned with large beautiful oak trees great for a nap on the hammock or a cookout with friends and family. Feel free to park your boat or RV in the backyard; we got the hook up! And check out our storage area with boogie boards, fishing rods, and croquet. We also have an out door shower and mister fan on the deck for summertime cool-off.
If you're in the mood for a scenic stroll or for some great food a couple block's walking distance from Sweet Summertime, is the Fulton Harbor. With a variety of local restaurants, bird watching avenues, and fishing piers. Just up the road is Downtown Rockport. Downtown Rockport boasts wonderful art studios and shops right off the Rockport ski basin. About 2 miles from Sweet Summertime is the Rockport Beach. The Rockport Beach is the only Blue Wave awarded beach in Texas. Buy a $4 day pass or $10 annual pass; can't beat that!

One of the few places that allows our large breed dog. Walking distance to great restaurants, bakery, farmers market and a short drive to the HEB and city beach. Clean accomodations with sweet beachy decor. This is the place we will continue to stay for our trips to Rockport again and again!

I had a wonderful time staying here. We went for a wedding that was in the area. I took my dog and it was very pet friendly. Great location and great atmosphere. I have stayed there several times now and have had a great time each time. Very clean and well kept. Great overall experience! Looking forward to doing it again!!!

What a great find a fun the weekend getaway to the coast. We've been back twice to enjoy this clean and comfortable little house. The creative decor reflect's the owners' playful personality and works well for a big group or just a few. Perfect location, too. Just a walk down the street to get the best fish tacos and Skimmer boat cruise. Maybe next year, we can come for a whole week!

My wife and I have been to this property 6 times now over the span of 3.5 years. Its our vacation spot. We spent thanksgiving here one year, 4th of july 2 years, and always have a good time. Our animals love it too. Very convinient location. There is no-zoning in rockport, so, you'll find gorgeous homes like this with trailers across the street. but we've made friends with the neighbors now and everyone is quick to flash a wave or a nod in "hello."

Always love coming to this home! I don't know who loves it more; my dog Bella or me. There's a great backyard with a quaint picket fence, all amentities (down to two blowdryers for the ladies), tons of games, cooking supplies, bed linens, towels, etc. And the house is wonderful. Fantastic decor with a homey touch makes for very cozy naps and sound night sleeps. Love bringing friends and family and animals down. Its within walking distance of great food and music, and a short drive to the beach.

We stayed at this pet friendly property and was very disappointed with the neighborhood. The house was surrounded by trailor parks, busy traffic, loud music, foul language from neighbors and a sandy yard. We tried extremely hard to gate our dogs off from unoccupied rooms, vacuumed, washed linens, shook off rugs, etc and still got a nasty email from the owner. Don't take your family or pets to this rental. I will never stay here again!

I rented for my 59th birthday and the pictures and description don't do it justice. A few of my family wandered in for a few days and they all loved it. Thank you it is a place I would love and plan to revisit. Thanks for a GREAT time. WB

Pefect place for relaxing. It was a couple of blocks to Fulton Beach, and we walked it several times a day. I enjoyed the backyard,especially at night,watching the fireflies while lying in the hammock.

Absolutely lovely...the back deck was perfect for relaxing in the morning and evening and the home was beautifully decorated with nicely updated kitchen and comfortable beds...all of it was wonderful. And the location couldn't be better...walking distance to several nice restaurants and shops.....pretty much....perfect!
