Welcome to Sweet Summertime in Fulton Harbor the best lil' harbor house in Texas!
This unique Cape Code-esque style home is adorned with antique ship anchors and rope and was formerly an art gallery with it's own stained-glass seagull window in the front bath.
The front living room features wide plank floors, track lighting, and unique local art as well as comfy coastal furnishings that boasts relaxation and good conversation. The secondary living room has a sunken media area with a big screen TV for movie buffs. Take a step up out of the media room to the sitting and computer area. There is an eat-in area in the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate dining-room nook. We've got covered parking for one and multiple driveways for all your friends and family to safely park. The entire home has large picture windows that can be opened to enjoy the great coastal breezes. The master bedroom with it's king size bed, flat screen tv, personal mini-fridge, and master bath is the perfect retreat for any beach lover. Feel free to do your laundry using our private laundry area off the master bedroom.
All rooms in the house have bed accommodations to sleep a group of 11 comfortably. Each bedroom has TV's and/or DVD players. We love pets, too! There is a private backyard and deck area adorned with large beautiful oak trees great for a nap on the hammock or a cookout with friends and family. Feel free to park your boat or RV in the backyard; we got the hook up! And check out our storage area with boogie boards, fishing rods, and croquet.
If you're in the mood for a scenic stroll or for some great food a couple block's walking distance from Sweet Summertime, is the Fulton Harbor. With a variety of local restaurants, bird watching avenues, and fishing piers. Just up the road is Downtown Rockport. Downtown Rockport boasts wonderful art studios and shops right off the Rockport ski basin. About 2 miles from Sweet Summertime is the Rockport Beach. The Rockport Beach is the only Blue Wave awarded beach in Texas. Buy a $4 day pass or $10 annual pass; can't beat that!
