The house is located at the very end of the street so you have no traffic and complete privacy. Outside in front there is an outside fireplace which can be used for grilling or simply enjoying a fire. The house also has a driveway in back which can be accessed from the street below which is called Saddleback Circle. There are two decks on the backside of the house with outside dining tables and a gas grill. The lower deck also has a porch swing.
The main floor has two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a dining area and large den with gas fireplace. Each bedroom has its own TV, walk-in closet and deck access. The bottom floor can be reached by the inside stairs or outside stairs which also lead to the lower driveway. The lower floor is an exact duplicate of the main floor with the same rooms and amenities. Linens are provided for each bed.
The house is decorated using the mountains theme to include prints, rugs and stuffed animals. One bedroom has a golf theme with prints from famous golf courses.

From our upper deck you only see the golf course, mountains and blue sky. We love to spend the late evenings on the deck either watching a summer storm pass through or a beautiful sunset. The tennis and golf is never crowded so you don't have the waiting that you have at most resorts.
