This BRAND-NEW(Open 2009) 9 Luxurious vacation rentals are ideally located at 371 Pismo Ave(at the corner of Price St. and Pismo Ave), less 1.5 blocks from the world-renowned Pismo Pier.
A dozen award-winning restaurants and thousands of local attractions surround this venue. Only a short drive to over a hundred world-class wineries in three different regions. The possibilities are endless!
Formerly the Pismo Beach Inn, this location has always been a home to visitors wishing to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life, and enjoy the rest and relaxation of Pismo Beach.
SUITES 202, 203, and 402 are 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1600 sq ft suites. Includes a deck with a panoramic ocean view, outdoor sound system, and patio furniture. The masters have a Cal King and a walk-in closet. The two(2) secondary bedrooms have Queens, and convertible sofa sleepers in the living rooms function as Queen beds. Sleep 8 comfortably.
Suites 201 & 501 are lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suites. Suite 201 have a fabulous ocean view and both are 1,500 sf. These sleep 6 people and start at $275/night and $1800/week.
Suites 301 & 302 are both 1 bedroom/1bathromo units and sleep 4 people. They are wonderful luxury units for a romantic get away. These start from $200/night or $1200/week.
The fabulous town home (suite 204), is a large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite with an exceptional ocean view and is very luxurious. This suite will easily sleep 8. It starts from $425/night or $2,500/week.
The incredible penthouse (suite 401), is truly exceptional! This unit is 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and equipped with top of the line everything. You will truly have an incredible experience here. This unit starts from $450/night and $2,700/week.

Amenities include gourmet kitchens with signature stainless steel appliances and all necessary cooking utensils. Our suites are supplied with plush, high-thread-count linens and towels, a washer and dryer, wall safe, high-speed internet access, and cable.
Every living room and master bedroom includes a flat panel LCD TV with DVD. We have lavishly decorated each of our suites with special accents like handset tile fireplaces(except in Suites 301 and 302) and showers, granite countertops, designer carpets, and artisan hardwood furniture and cabinetry to suit your exquisite tastes.
A gated garage on the lower level allows for two cars per suite. Outside, we have provided two barbecues for all guests to use.
Security measures include a code-activated front entry, CCTV surveillance, and security alarms in every suite.
