These two villas are adjoined, and are perfect for accommodating multiple families or groups of friends.
Suite 203 is a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1600 sq ft suite. Includes a deck with a panoramic ocean view, outdoor sound system, and patio furniture. The master has a Cal King and a walk-in closet. The two(2) secondary bedrooms have Queens, and convertible sofa sleeper in the living room to function as a Queen bed. Designed to accommodate 8, it is spacious and like a true home away from home.
Suite 204 is a 3 bed/3 bath, 2100 sf townhouse suite is extra spacious and perfect for those that desire a bit more privacy than a single level unit. Includes two decks with panoramic ocean views, outdoor sound system, and patio furniture. The master has a Cal King and walk-in closet. The two(2) secondary bedrooms have Queens, and a convertible sofa sleeper in the living room to function as a Queen bed. Accommodates 8.

The living room and master bedroom include a flat panel LCD TV with DVD. Handset tile fireplaces and showers, granite countertops, designer carpets, and artisan hardwood furniture and cabinetry are guaranteed to suit your exquisite tastes.
Secure garage parking is complimentary. A gated garage on the lower level allows for two cars per suite. Outside, we have provided two barbecues for all guests to use.

We have personally experienced in the Valentina a unique sense of joy and relaxation with quiet moments when for the few times in a long life we felt enveloped in the uncontrived beauty of our whole surroundings. You have succeeded in creating a milieu that for me is incomparably soul satisfying, the colors of the walls - and bed spreads -, warm, gentle and merry, the pictures filled with local history and mediterranean seascapes homing into the the ocean that is there, there in sound and color greeting you from your window and a block or two away. I frankly found it hard to leave the sheer comfort of the place. May your every guest see the reflection of your own life's kindness and beauty as they bask in the joy and peace of the Valentina.
