This home is located in The Village at Singleton Beach, a family oriented, gated neighborhood only 3/10 of a mile from one of Hilton Head's most beautiful, private beaches.
The Village is also next door to 70 acre Chaplin Park, where you will have access to tennis, basketball, soccer, playground, walking/running/biking trails as well as a dog park.
There is a king master suite with full bath on each floor, as well as separate heating/cooling systems for each floor. Upstairs master suite includes a jetted tub and separate tiled shower, and sitting area.
Both masters have a walk-in closet and access to covered balcony with seating.
In addition to 2 master suites, there is a queen suite with private bath, and another queen suite with balcony access that shares a full bath with a 5th bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have TV.
The screened pool lanai features a dining table for 6. With all of 36 Crab line's amenities, you'll never want to leave!
