Why the Owner Chose Seawind
Our parents have made the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area their winter retreat for the past several years. Escaping the sub-zero temperatures of the upper Midwest for the warm and inviting white sands of the gulf shores is our primary reason for purchasing our vacation rental. We also enjoy the friendly folks that make Gulf Shores their winter retreat and the permanent residents of the area that go out of their way to make you feel right at home.

Our unit is family-owned. Residing in Iowa, we were seeking an occasional sanctuary from the cold midwest winters--a warm and inviting "home away from home." We want our newly furnished unit to feel like your home.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! You would be hard pressed to find another rental property with the views offered by this unit. See dolphins every day from the oversized balcony, walk 2 minutes to the Waffle House across the street or the Sea N Suds right on the beach. If you can anything about this unit that you don't like, you need professional counseling. (LOL) All kidding aside - comfortable beds, nicely furnished and decorated. The large wall mirrors and double side window let in plenty of light in the hard to find corner unit. We are already making plans to return next year. Stop looking for the ideal condo. This is the one.

My name is Jalyssa. I am 6. When we went to Gulf Shores we swam in the pool and the ocean . The condo was nice. We also played mini-golf. Ask your parents if you can go to Seawind and take a friend with you. There is lots of fun stuff to do at Gulf Shores.

This condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The views from the balcony were breath-taking. We practically lived at the kiddie pool - which was our main reason for choosing Seawind. In addition, we really appreciated the close proximity to everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to get some crab eating utensils. Thank you so much for a great vacation. The staff at JM Realty was very friendly and helpful.

The beach view from this unit is stunning and absolutely breathtaking! You can see for miles to the east and west. Convenient location; within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I also like the climate control feature of this building -- humidity is not an issue which made for comfortable sleeping at night. I'd strongly recommend this unit.
