Accommodations: New in 2003, this two bedroom, two bath condo is located in desirable mid town Ocean City. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants (Seacrets, Fagers, and Mackys).
This beautifully furnished unit is freshly painted with new flooring in 2010. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and jacuzzi tub. Sheets and towels are not provided. Exercise room, sauna and outdoor pool are on the premises. Two parking passes and elevator. This unit accommodates six comfortably. We rent to families (no young groups please). We accept Saturday thru Saturday rentals in the summer as well as off season weekends. We will consider a September through May rental also. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am. We do ask for a $200 security deposit that is normally refunded within 14 days of your stay. Please email or call for availability and pricing.
