This completely remodeled 3000 sq. ft. beach house is within 1 block of the famous Seaside Promenade and the beach at the south end of Seaside. It is only a short walk along the prom to downtown Seaside with all its fun activities and shopping. This beautifully renovated house has all the amenities to make your stay at the beach an enjoyable one, regardless of the weather. This house includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and a flat screen TV and its own adjoining bathroom with heated tile floor. There are 2 other bedrooms located on the first floor--both with queen size beds and one with an adjoining bathroom. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room above the gas fireplace.
Upstairs there is a TV room with a combination pool/ping pong table as well as many board games and puzzles. This play room is adjacent to the loft bedroom which has 4 twin beds as well as its own bathroom--perfect for kids. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances with an island and dining table for 8 people. There is also a very large deck--perfect for enjoying a barbecue and sunbathing in a protected private setting. There are 3 adult and 2 kid bikes for use as well as beach toys and kites to fly on the beach. There is a fun kid friendly pub and grocery store nearby. This nautical themed house is sure to make your stay a great one. This home is a no smoking, no pets environment.

After reading the review of the house, I thought it too good to be true--it sounded more like a beautiful home than a beach cabin!! And I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the house stayed true to its name. The house was spotless, and in perfect condition. It had all the amenities you could possibly want--state of the art appliances, beautiful gas fireplace, flat screen tvs and dvd players. The upstairs is PERFECT for kids!! With a fun loft style bedroom for four, big comfy couch, ping pong tables and tv, I imagine it would be great for kids and teens. The owner was so helpful and even provided me with simple instructions for working the TV, DVD, heat/air conditioning, and everthing! The house is about a 12 min walk or 6 min bike ride from the bustling downtown area with great shops, restaraunts, and even bumper cars and arcades for the kids. I would definitely reccommend this place! Made our trip to the Oregon Coast a great one.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
