Our new large suite is part of our home on just over 1/3 acre in Victoria. We are located about 6 blocks from the highway and easy access back on, with a bus stop right outside the door to get you to anywhere in Victoria or to the Butchart Gardens. Our suite has its own private entrance into the beautiful new kitchen. There is a parking space for you off the road beside the suite. There is also a private laundry area for your personal use. Children's toys and playpen or high chair is available on request but is not stored in the suite.
Outdoors we have a new hot tub and when the weather allows there is a deck with a table and chairs for barbecues beside the hot tub.
We have lived in Victoria for many years and we would be happy to tell you about nearby attractions like the Butchart Gardens which is a ten minute drive or the restaurants we consider our favorites. There are many local beaches and hiking areas we would be happy to tell you about. Downtown Victoria is a 12 minute drive. You will find our home very cozy with every thing you need and want available to you.
There are also many games in the suite and books to read as well as cook books for helping you plan your dinners.
On arrival there will be coffee and tea for you if you like and makings for a light breakfast.
The two bedrooms have duvets for your comfort and they offer complete privacy from each other.
Child care is also available, for an additional fee on the premises.

Cozy, quiet place to relax

We stayed there for one week with our family (2 adults, 4 kids). We found that it was very cozy and relaxing, as well as a very quiet neighborhood. Being from the big city, we found the location centralized and easy to travel to different areas that we went to during our stay. The suite itself had everything we needed, and we were pleased to be able to do our laundry whenever needed since it was right in the suite. Also, the owners were very helpful and accomodating.

Great, clean and well maintained home with all the amenities as described to accommodate our party of 3 adults and 3 young children. Loved the convenience of in suite kitchen and laundry facilities in a quiet neighborhood. Home was stocked with toddler and preteen toys to keep our children entertained. Owners were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about area attractions. Mere minutes to Swartz Bay, Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park, Butchard Gardens, various u-pick berry patches and approx 15-20 min to downtown/inner harbor.
