The location, on the west end of Panama City Beach, is one of the many special features that makes staying in "Pelican's Perch" a special event.

It is easy to get in and out without getting stuck in heavy traffic. We are about one mile from SR 79 and Front Beach Road. There is easy access to US 98, the Parkway, locals refer to it as "Back Beach".

Getting to the many area attractions, including: West Bay, Gayle's Trails, Pier Park, Gulf World, Zoo World or even Captain Anderson's Marina is easy and quick. The West End is quiet. Nature is the primary attraction on the west end of the beach.

Convenience is another important feature at "Pelican's Point". Some of the convenient features include: Mike's Diner across the street, Beach Services in front of Emerald Isle, reserved parking in the covered parking garage, indoor seasonally heated swimming pool, Beachside BBQ grills beside the outdoor swimming pool and high speed elevators.

The spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has high ceilings and 1150 square feet of living space inside plus another 270 square feet on the large, bubble shaped balcony. The interior of "Pelican's Perch" is comfortable and inviting.

The dining room will easily accommodate up to eight people. The living room is arranged to encourage conversation and to offer a comfortable spot for guests to share a movie on the flat screen television. Family and friends can enjoy sleeping on the comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa.

The kitchen and breakfast bar is open and spacious. Family chefs can enjoy cooking regional specialties such as Fresh Gulf Shrimp or Grouper Imperial in the well furnished kitchen.

With lots of cabinets, granite counter tops and natural stone floors, this sleek contemporary area may be you favorite place for hanging out. Regardless, how light you may have packed, the washer and dryer ensure that you don't miss a second.

"Pelican's Perch" has two bedrooms, one king and the other queen. This ensures privacy and relaxation for everyone. Even the sofa bed in the living room is comfortable. Each bedroom is furnished with television for private viewing.

There are also two full baths. One is reserved for the private, king size master suite but the other is easily accessed by the 2nd bedroom.
