Features: The house is fully furnished with a large deck facing the woods, French doors lead out to wrap around deck and small patio, stone wood burning Fireplace, great mountain views, color TV, CD, tape player, microwave, fully equipped modern kitchen, AC, Living room has beautiful views of trees and mountains, dining room, kitchen, Intimate library with leather chairs with wood burning stove (perfect place for conversations, Master bedroom has a full size antique bed, second bedroom has twin beds. Enclosed sun room with small patio. Lovely mature landscaping and trees, Magnolias, Camellias, Azaleas, Day Lilies, Ivy coved yard, garage, barn, all gravel drive way. 2 TV's. Washer/Dryer Located close to Spartenburg and Ashvilles air ports, Horse Country. Hiking paths in woods. Close to Harmond Field, Hunt country, FENCE.
Payment: Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment includes state and local taxes. Cancellation if more that 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned if time period is re-rented but loss of full deposit or payment if not rented. If canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all payment and deposited are forfeited. We cannot take responsibility for weather or personal problems.
Rates are quoted for 4 guests or less, we are not geared for small children or large groups or family reunions. Arrival is 3:00 p.m. or later and departures are 10:00 am which is the general practice. All reservations require a $500.00 deposit within ten days after reservation request. The rate is $800.00 per week or a nightly fee of $175.00 per night, or $2000.00 per month.
