Short drive to the mountains (40 mintues from David) from this unit location, 20 minutes to the city of David where one can find most anything. Plenty of restaurants, theaters, grocery stores, large department stores for shopping. Boca Chica for fishing is 45 minutes from David. - Seclude beach, is one of the best features of this area, except for the weekends you find yourself walking on the this 18 km of beach with nothing but the sounds of the huge waves crashing on the beach. The waves are big at times. Some surfers and i think one surfing event is held here each year. An hour drive to the mountain areas for a cooler climate for those days that are just to hot on the beach. But back to the beach to get out of the rain and back into the sun. Best of both worlds. Why the Owner Chose David
David, is not as busy as Panama City, its a more relax atmosphere with mountain retreats less than an hour away. David is the second largest city in all of Panama and growing fast,it has many Opportunities for individuals wanting to start a business or still purchase land of real estate at reasonable prices,unlike the big city. But you need to move on this one, its growing and soon will be like the big city.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It doesn't rain as much, as inland,and up in the mountains, more sun down here on the beach, people that live in the mountains often come down for a few weeks just to see the sun, and get out of the wet weather. its the best of both worlds, sun and 18 kw of beach that most of the time you could find yourself on it without another sole in view. Truly a wonderful place, but if your looking for waikiki beach, this ant it! this is unspoiled untouch, under developed area in Panama. just two small developments in the area. And the best part of it, its all titled property, Where else can one find titled beach front property, with a fully furnished home for under $150 sf. Not in Panama city, Not in the USA, But its here, now, don't wait to long. They don't make more beach lots, onces there gone, there gone !
42 unit complex on the beach, our unit is 505 second floor fully furnished and rents by day, week, or longer term. sky tv with many channels, hight speed internet, washer/dryer, steps to the beach, with large swimming pool, hotel and restaurant 5 minutes walk down the beach.

stayed for 6 months, nicely furnish, owner was quick on handing any problems, nice beach, hotel and restaurant right next door. very quite area with miles of beach and big waves.
