Our condo sits on a 25 foot bluff and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. You can sit on the couch and watch/listen to the waves!
It is a ground level condo, however this is actually fabulous because the bottom level patio does not have a railing around it. Therefore, you do not have to go out the back door to head to the beach, as the above units do. Just open the gulf side sliding glass doors and walk out on your patio and down a short boardwalk to the ocean. There is a grassy area just in front as well, that if you have children, a game of frisbie or football can be enjoyed just outside off your patio.
We love to sit on the patio and watch our two young children play in the sprinklers. As well, it has 9 foot ceilings, which makes our end unit with lots of side windows feel very spacious. Lots of sunshine! The pic enclosed is an actual view from our patio.
