Excellent location, centrally located to downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas and Carlsbad. Walking distance to Del Mar Racetrack. Driving distance to San Diego airport (approx 25min, Los Angeles International airport (approx 1.5hr). This unit has direct access to the beach direct from front door. There is nothing between you and the ocean.
